Dunn, less than 30 seconds later: "Can't take the water..." **still doesn't realize**
Another 3 minutes later: **finally realizes at a random moment**

You know that containers sometimes contain things other than their standard category, right? Like, I'm pretty sure I have found matches in kitchen cabinets, so even if you can't take food it might be worth checking them. And first aid kits can contain sewing kits (tools) and energy bars (food). Unless you are going by a rule that you can't take anything from a container of a lost category even if the items are from allowed categories?

I've never seen sewing kits and energy bars in first aid kits on Loper..
