If u are single then go to the small size, If u are married or (for sexually active) then go for medium size, And if anyone is a mother (with normal delivery not C-section) should go with large size 👍🏻
First insert a finger inside to check how high or low your cervix is but do it when you are on your period. Because it's mostly seen that your cervix can change the height when you are on your period if you have a medium to high cervix go for cups with long stem. If it's low go for cup it small or pearl button like stem. If you are small and petite and not very active go for small. If you are average bodied or sexually active go for a medium and if you have had a baby via vaginal birth go for large. Avoid sirona brand cups as they start leaking in 6-9 months ( personal experience). All the best

I am using menstrual cup since over 6 years now. It takes atleast 3 months to get the process right. Another word of advice for people looking forward to using a menstrual cup would be, purchase a cup made of liquid silicone. It's transparent and smooth. Go for a bit sturdy cup than a soft one because it's easier to open. For me it's the most comfortable product I have ever used for my periods...

I'm using menstrual cup since my last period cycle. Today as i am writing this comment, it's my 4th day of period and I've my cup inside me. From my experience i can say that not always you get the pop sound after it fits inside and it doesn't always mean that the cup didn't fit properly. So don't worry if you don't get the pop sound always. As you said in the video, to pull the "dandi" to check if it's coming out easily or to feel the surface of the cup to check if there's any dent or not. I do these two to check of it's fit properly. Anyways, very brave of you to do this infront of the camera. Well done!

Also in case you're having issues inserting the cup with one leg up the toilet seat you can also try just sitting on the pot as usual and then spreading your legs and then inserting it. Hi, I want to share my experience after using this cup many times. (18yrs old im( 1.Buy a cup of a good brand and use it only after sterilizing it. 2. For beginners The squat position and punch down fold are the best ways to insert easily. 3.keep cool and don't be scared,Sit in the squat position, twist it and insert it slowly slowly. 4.It is normal to have some pain in the vagina after the insertion, this will happen only for the first time, not always. 5.If the insert does not happen, then you rest for a while and instead of tiring your fingers, try again after a while, do not be afraid.It's not rocket science many girls are using it. 6.When the cup goes inside, its tail or its stem also goes inside, it is normal and good thing, there is no problem of leak bcoz of this. 7. To remove the cup, sit in the same position and pinch it out. I also have trouble getting out at times, but that's normal. 8. Edit: sis just be calm while inserting..due to stress and fear our pelvic muscles will tighten and it will definitely hurt..so just be calm . ..also I 1st put my finger in so we will get an idea how much space do we have in or how deep we have to put the cup..hoping it helps u :)

Did u knew where ur cervix was located?.... Cause mine is super high even my long finger can't touch it... And am 16....so i got carmesi cup s size(new,they had long cups previously )..... But i think its too small
@@sanjanats4763 if it's high enough you can take large cups. I can feel cervix with my finger and you can try reaching it during your periods as your cervix tends to change height during that time. Make sure your cup surrounds your cervix opening and it kind of forms a vaccum, in that way blood doens't get out of the cup.
Hey there You are strictly not supposed to try it when u r not having ur periods.... It is very risky... Coz when u r on ur Periods our body releases certain lubricant which helps in sliding the cup upwards..... If u will do it on a normal day it will be stuck... So take care♥️♥️♥️

Here's a tip which I learned from the gynac is don't pull the stem to hard for checking the vaccum as it will add the unnecessary pressure on pelvic muscles and also while removing it outside make sure to pinch it at release the vaccum...❤️❤️

Its easy to use and super comfortable. I used to have serious rashes due to pads and now no such issue. Earlier i used to use pads also but now no more pads. Its good for my health as well as environment. If you find problem inserting it you can use a water based lubricant. Its really helpful. You will able to insert it without any pain.

I wish someone could tell me how to use it just like you did to so many others. It isn’t inserted correctly or it won’t leak until very overfilled. You must run your finger around the edges to make sure it’s popped open fully. If it’s not inserted correctly, try another fold until you find one that pops open for you. Or you might have to try a different size or style of cup. A menstrual cup can be a hit and miss. If it doesn't unfold correctly after insertion, it leaves gaps for the blood to flow down the sides. If safe to do so, try inserting the cup a little further. PS: I'M NO PROFESSIONAL

I want to share my experience after using this cup many times. (18yrs old im(
1.Buy a cup of a good brand and use it only after sterilizing it.
2. For beginners The squat position and punch down fold are the best ways to insert easily.
3.keep cool and don't be scared,Sit in the squat position, twist it and insert it slowly slowly.
4.It is normal to have some pain in the vagina after the insertion, this will happen only for the first time, not always.
5.If the insert does not happen, then you rest for a while and instead of tiring your fingers, try again after a while, do not be afraid.It's not rocket science many girls are using it.
6.When the cup goes inside, its tail or its stem also goes inside, it is normal and good thing, there is no problem of leak bcoz of this.
7. To remove the cup, sit in the same position and pinch it out. I also have trouble getting out at times, but that's normal.
8. Wash and use again and after the end of the period, sterilize and keep it well.
9.Here's the way to have a happy period. Congratulations for rash free periods to the QUEENS.💖💫⭐.

@@anannyakhubele7139 When I tried for the very first time mine cup was also halfway going..and hurting too..so I jst stopped and gave myself some time to make my mind then I tried on the next day..first it will hurt a little(not to much) but it will....bcoz our vagina is not familiar with anything to get in..but when to insert it afterwards it will be super flexible.
Edit: sis just be calm while inserting..due to stress and fear our pelvic muscles will tighten and it will definitely hurt..so just be calm .
..also I 1st put my finger in so we will get an idea how much space do we have in or how deep we have to put the cup..hoping it helps u :)

Did u knew where ur cervix was located?.... Cause mine is super high even my long finger can't touch it... And am 16....so i got carmesi cup s size(new,they had long cups previously )..... But i think its too small
@@sanjanats4763 if it's high enough you can take large cups. I can feel cervix with my finger and you can try reaching it during your periods as your cervix tends to change height during that time. Make sure your cup surrounds your cervix opening and it kind of forms a vaccum, in that way blood doens't get out of the cup.

You are strictly not supposed to try it when u r not having ur periods.... It is very risky... Coz when u r on ur Periods our body releases certain lubricant which helps in sliding the cup upwards..... If u will do it on a normal day it will be stuck... So take care♥️♥️♥️

Its easy to use and super comfortable. I used to have serious rashes due to pads and now no such issue. Earlier i used to use pads also but now no more pads. Its good for my health as well as environment.
If you find problem inserting it you can use a water based lubricant. Its really helpful. You will able to insert it without any pain.

I'm 17 and I've been using menstrual cups for 3 years now and I've tried different ways and tricks in these three years.. I wish someone could tell me how to use it just like you did to so many others. Just a piece of advice for all of the girls here, try sitting in a position like you're sitting on an Indian pot and insert and remove the cups.. It's easier that way.. Lots of love to ya'll.. ❤

@@AnjaliAnjali-jo4cc Hey Anjali , i use sanfe and pee-safe ka menstrual cups. And yeah the leaking! Mere saath bhi hua tha the first time I used it. It isn’t inserted correctly or it won’t leak until very overfilled. You must run your finger around the edges to make sure it’s popped open fully. If it’s not inserted correctly, try another fold until you find one that pops open for you. Or you might have to try a different size or style of cup. A menstrual cup can be a hit and miss. If it doesn't unfold correctly after insertion, it leaves gaps for the blood to flow down the sides. If safe to do so, try inserting the cup a little further.
