- In this video, we have an update on Ulices' RX7 which unfortunately had got hit by a car causing a lot of damage. The purpose of this video is to not only give an update on his car but to also show what its like to be in this same situation. As many of you know, some cars are more than just a car and some situations are not in our control. Let us know what you would do if you were in the same situation!

I swear this gives me some fc ownership curse vibe. Literally had the same situation where I started buying stuff to put on mine, and then kids who stole a car hit mine while it was parked, been working on it paycheck to paycheck since, mostly cause it is my daily and only car😅
That such a bad situation. At least after all that it will be worth it!
They won’t salvage the car immediately after giving you an appraisal, you can opt for a cash out option where they just write you a check and then you fix it on your own with that check that’s what happened to my S14

If it was just a reg fc then i'd say get rid of that ho but since its a gtu then just wait it out

That sucks man, but at least the damage looks ''okay'' as long as the frame is straight you can fix it
Worst case you need to cut from the strut tower forward and make a clean tube frame
The front end is still straight surprisingly. Our biggest concern is the roof cause it’s all warped and dented everywhere :/
@@AimlessJP yeah I noticed it, can't you push it out from inside te car or either get it done by someone who has a dent pulling device if that makes sense.

It is a bummer about your situation. Except you really only have two choices at this point. If you file an insurance claim, they are only gonna give you a few thousand.
It all comes down to whether or not you're willing to buy that title Being clean for the money they're willing to offer.
If it was me I would take the clean title. Money comes and goes but that car is rare. Let me know if you need help.
That what we are leaning towards since this is a car he really loves and never wants to get rid of and a branded title would ruin that for him :/
@@AimlessJP I have a gtus roof skin if you need it. Free, you just need to figure out a shipper to pick it up.
