Would love Corner roof peices, Larger Stoage Boxes, Railings, Trees & Planters. Cannot wait till release its going to be fun exploring & collection the new Pals.
Universal storage even fits in the game lore wise. I mean, you can access any stored pal from any palbox, what's keeping general items from being stored in a similar fashion? But I do agree that it should be a late game feature, likely unlocked with Ancient Tech points instead of normal ones, and maybe if they don't want people going overboard with them as soon as they unlock them, make them require ancient cores to build, meaning you are capable of taking the oil rig or mega bosses before getting the high convenience chest. If you already have 4 bases set up by the time you unlock it (for me, one farm base, one factory base, a supplementary resource base, and a raid boss base), if you want to move one of your bases to a new higher level location, it's not as tedious to start from scratch if you can build a palbox and the universal chest and then have all your building resources at your fingertips. The vats, unfortunately, there's just not enough context for yet it seems. I think it would be rather underwhelming if they were just smaller versions of the pal display cage that's already in the game, especially since the pals just float in those vats. Passive rerolls/additions would certainly be strong too, but I wonder if maybe they're a way to get max stats/IVs on pals. The breeding process to get both max stats and the right passives is part of what's kept me from breeding combat pals and just focusing on breeding base pals, because for them I only really need to worry about passives (and bump up work speed at that shrine), but if you could put a pal in a vat and slowly raise its core stats over time, that'd make combat pals easier to manage as then you only need to breed for passives and then you can just put them in a tank for a few hours/days to get their base stats to max. I'd appreciate that. Of course, as I believe others have mentioned, could just be a passive leveling device to get your bred pals to max level without needing to carry them around everywhere to gain XP at an acceptable rate, since I've found the training scrolls don't really seem to be worth it.
I have seen supposed datamines of the map secretly being 8 times larger than what we have now, a tile of map of what we currently have access to in all areas. I have also seen the theory that with the world tree being in the center, the rest of the final map will be equivalent to being 4 times bigger than what we have now. I like both ideas, but I personally think the first datamine is because it's more for creating lighting effects of sunrise to sunset. That or maybe dev stuff like hiding assets and debugging stuff.
I noticed an interesting pattern that I think will help us predict the full release. The devs said the game was halfway done by the time they released early access for the first time. At that time, the level cap was at 50. Sakurajima was a pretty good-sized island, but it only had a level increase by 5 and overall the increase in new resources and materials feels at about a 5% increase too. I say this because of how quickly we seem to be getting new armor and weapons to make the new things we got in Sakurajima to become obsolete. I think we can interpret the level cap as a percentage of how much they have in mind for the game snd the full release will have a level cap of 100 to say they are 100% done (not including actual sequels or minor updates of course) with the game.
Yeah, servermigration. But I don't think that will ever be possible. Like where my big base is I had to cut a lot of trees. So my base would just have spawn in where there are trees and such.
I would like a paladium mining node, I hate the crusher. A new feature that would be cool is set a pal to continuously make ingots without having to set a pre determined amount, make it automated.
I’m hoping it’s an evolution tank. Where you put certain pals in them and those pals have their dna changed and then aft r you take them out when they reach certain conditions they can evolve. Or even evolve in the tank itself!
I really would like for them to add a logistic mechanic so I don't have to teleport from base to base while delivering 20000 stone and being overencumbered. Maybe a teleporter for a building that requires energy would be great
Thank you for showcasing my comment, its all speculation but I'm starting to piece together a lot more information after sitting with the trailer for a couple days. You can get a much clearer shot of Mount Obsidian including the boss tower at 8:04. if you fly out to the spot on the map that is being shown you hit a wall but the closest in-bounds spot is about -1010, -800 I really like your rendering of Japan because I think it holds pretty true to how the map will look, though maybe not as far North. based on the trailer and the location in-game the Red area is likely the furthest south, then the yellow area is just north of it; you can see the red trees on the cliff on the left in the base showcase. From there the north end of the yellow trees is the Big Golden Tree we see for the boss MechaDragon, and if you look closely you can see the boss tower on the hill behind his head. That means that the purple tree area starts at sea level on the east coast of the island (where the fighting happened) near Sanctuary 2, then ramps up to the top of the mountain where the boss tower is situated. In the MysteryMask shot we can see that the top of the mountain is transitioning to a blue crystal area so I'm speculating that if those are Ice or Ice related then if you go further North you will hit the snowy area you see the player fighting the dark horse at. alternative to snow, that could be sand (though it seems like a mismatch to the blue pal) and that area could be closest to SJ island as the southwest tip of SJ is all a big beach. again all speculation based on clues, but I'm pretty confident at this point. Also if you check out the patch cover art you can see 3 new pals that aren't included in the video, and a pretty sweet lightsaber. I'm probably most excited about the BlueThunderHorse shown in the upper -left- (edit: right) as having a Pyrin level (high stat) alternative to Univolt would be pretty amazing at endgame. My hope is that it will be an upgraded version of Rayhound with converts player damage, but we will have to wait and see. I'm an old Monster Hunter player so its giving me Kirin vibes.

The Dungeon thing is so cool.
Thank you for the Shoutout❤

Love craftopia so I would love them to bring many build pieces over to palworld
Pal storagebox is what I need. I need somewhere to put my breeders and such. The viewingcages makes shit laggy.
