I just want to say, what an inspiration you are! I am a physical therapy student. We are just covering this in class and watching an actual person with quadriplegia use tenodesis furthered my understanding. Thank you for your positive attitude. What a blessing you are able to do so much!!!

I have type 2 salp lesion,they want to make me thenodesis, but I do not want to have popeye effect, where you inserted your biceps?, and it was with screw or button, I hope you answer me please, I am with depression for not retraining, I want to go back to the gym, but that does not look antiesthetic the biceps. and you can raise normal weights to make biceps, dominated etc?

put paper in between your finger and use tenodesis as you pull back, I "weave" my fork in between fingers I am a C6-7 quad 38 years.
