Do this without sneakers on so that your feet slide all over the place where you can't reach them.

Yeah I like the video also that's the technique that I use when they first started teaching me but I'm pretty broad shouldered like you are and I wanted to ask you if you worked out after your rag to get that size or were you big before and then you worked out and just got it back because I was big before and I lost it and I've got some of my shoulder bag but I haven't got any of my chest and I would like to know what workout you do to build up your arms and chest for not having any way to get ahold of dumbbells or roids lol I mean I don't think you would do push ups or anything I don't think but I have my pic muscles my last. Come back first and then my right PEC muscle half of it was just there now I've gained it all back but I'm needin to work on pulling all of my PAC fat out of my arms and put it back into my chest so would you email me please at blstevens2@gmail.com I have never grew up and seen anybody in my situation or been around anybody like me or have got to talk to anybody really about it but I'm just now starting to ask instead of being stubborn and trying to do it my own way but it would be cool if you could give me a call at 573 260 2237 my name is Brady Stevens or comment me back and let me know your facebook name mine is Brady Stevens I'm from Missouri
