I swear your oldest was like 5 last year. I am not a mom, in fact I'm barely 16. I used to watch your videos when I was around 7-8 because I wanted to be prepared(I don't know why I wanted to be prepared at the age of 8)but I remember really liking your daughter's energy!
I also HIGHLY recommend How to Raise an Adult book to every parent and teacher! It’s a phenomenal read! I still think about it all the time, over a year after reading it.
whoa! its so cool seeing how other parents raise their kids. my mom mostly taught me independence from a young age, like since i was either 8 or 9. i learned bus routes to all of my activities. i am so thankful to my mom. i am now in 7th grade

@@Cornstarchrr oh wow hi! We are good! Ice skating was just a winter sport, which we ended with a birthday party as my oldest bday is in January☺️ She loved it. We dropped out of taekwondo as it just was NOT for her. we didn’t quit right away but when I saw she didn’t want to spar bc she didn’t want to hit her friends, so they had her sit out.. I was like ok we’re done. Now we’re doing a mom & daughter running club that meets once a week. Much better! Thank you😊
Great tips! I’m a mother of 3 and my kids go between houses….they learned that they HAD to be responsible for their own gear and bags otherwise things were forgotten at the other parent’s house! It took a few times of the consequence of not being prepared….then they learned quickly haha! My husband's parents were divorced and he said that made him SUPER responsible because he went between houses daily. He still can't find anything in our house, but he's definitely responsible. :)
