Most people are loathe to injure or especially kill another person, so the drivers, bus drivers, etc. - don't; and the protesters all know that, or at least they hope for that fact. I'm fairly certain this hunter was not intent on killing the protester. Of COURSE you can't go around killing people, but SOMETIMES violence is justifiable. Watch the video carefully. This was obviously unintentional. The problem I have with your comment is that if this form of protesting isn't checked, where does it end, because these folks I'm fairly certain would have zero qualms of bringing the world to a standstill and to its knees. People are getting extremely frustrated, and eventually someone will probably snap and commit a terrible crime. I have zero problems with protests, but one person's "freedom of speech/expression" ends where another's nose begins. P.S. after watching this video again, the rider jumped to the left of the seated person and was set up to land to the left of the standing one, missing both. The strange part of the story is how many times the vet had to inject him with the death drug before he even fell to the ground He was only a quarter horse and vet had the most confused look on her face after pumping him up twice with the death drug before he fell to the ground, and by the third time that she jabbed him he finally stopped breathing. three needles by a trained vet and about 50 minutes for him to die, and the totally confused look on the vets face leads me to believe my horse was drugged. seeing the other animals in our life that have been drugged leads me to believe that i am possibly right. not to mention the man with the black 2 door chevy truck was parked out front of the property where we kept our horses. and when i walked by after out horse was put down , tears still poring, his comment to me, so what's going on back there, gave him the skinny, then he replies, I hear horses are expensive to have.

My understanding, any hunt is required to be on private land. There is a closed gate, yes atleast one informed intend to jump HOWEVER if activist stood on private road in clear view and driver informed them they are going to drive through. Then they reverse, speed up so can't stop to prevent collision, drive up on curb to gain needed space, an increased risk manoeuvre and hit a person. Driver would be in the wrong, prosecuted.
Rider here seems to never turn back to check on person they collided with, quickly slowed and continued to end of field, a hit and run? Like convicted case above, fortunate for all no injuries.
I genuinely think this huntsmen, rider is at higher moral probability of committing a vehicle hit and run.

Yup, play stupid games, win stupid prizes....... or FAAFO if you prefer. F@ck around and find out......
Yes, gave her a warning, and she was indeed walking away, no? It's an absolute dick move that could have left her injured for life, or worse, over what exactly? No idea what people find satisfying about this.
@@TheRealFFS Shouldn't have been anywhere near this gate in this field in the first case. Absolutely no sympathy for trespassers who ignore warnings about their own safety. It's still assault. There are even some really old laws that deal with the use of a horse as a weapon. I wouldn't be surprised if he really regretted his decision down the line.
@Altair885 the sab threw herself in front of the horse when it was mid air. It would be thrown out off any court room.
@@johncurrie6693 He intended to put her in danger knowing it would likely cause injury or worse. That is a crime unquestionably. It would be no different if he had used a car, it's the intent not the method. But anyway, even if he got off a criminal case, she would have more than ample evidence to pursue it in a civil court.
And no, she didn't put herself in front of the horse on purpose. She had already turned around and started to walk away before he sent his horse over the gate! I'm not blind, I can see you know!
It is obvious that the horse did it of its own free will without its rider ordering it and the dogs seemed happy about it.
Hopefully the investigation was to understand the level of stupidity required to deliberately stand in the way of a horse
I think you don’t seem to understand that instead of waiting, the person riding the horse the charged and committed a reckless act which is a very polite way of saying they committed a severe crime and the law will ideally hold them accountable because mob justice isn’t up to personal opinion.

She should be charged for trying to damage the horse....
Try to think about this a little bit harder. I know that might seem difficult, but really try. The hunter is there exploiting a horse in the pursuit of finding and killing some other innocent animals as a form of entertainment. The protester is there to try to stop such animal cruelty.
