Maybe a KO of the design, but you could argue that the Threezero one is licensed and that there's already a publicly available and accurate reference. So, they may have just thought there wasn't any point in altering the design, considering this one will be transforming as well. And I guess the same could be said for the gun. Anyway, great comparison.
I wouldn´t call it a KO tbh. They both look really similar because they are based on the same design, but the fine detail shows little proportional differences all throughout. It´s more like two portrait artists making two paintings of the same person
Even though it’s not licensed magnificent, Mecca is not a KO. Sure they took some design cues but everything on this build is there design there’s not an official version of this figure in the scale that transforms. I get it it’s not licensed but at the same time it’s not copying another figure that’s just like it so technically, it’s not a KO

I get what you are saying especially with the gun. Me personally tho I don’t consider it a KO company. Black mamba and Wejiang is what i consider KO because they took the studio series and upscaled it. Same engineering with little upgrades. Magnificent Mecca. Actually took the time and engineered something totally different. it may look similar but it’s not not it’s definitely not a KO of that ugly piece of junk MP-12 😂. I dunno 🤷♂️. Just my opinion

look at the gun, identical mold, they even put parts in on the legs that weren't needed but it was on the threezero figure so they duplicated it
