I don't know how to add a picture to the comments. (I'm old), but I have that same mixture and flake. I also dual inject with MF pearl gold with .025 black flake 1/16 or 1/8 and the same amount of holographic gold. Then melt everything, and it's still a great color. Wipwad or slaybait is a killer smallmouth bait and color.
You can always post the pictures to your own channel. But don't be too specific about asking people to go to your channel to check them out on another channel. It will appear as if you're spamming and it might trigger an algorithm. I know what you're thinking, it's a crazy backwards world we're living in today. Algorithms replaced common sense for an entire generation.
Not yet, but I will be selling some very soon. Building the website now and I have some new equipment on the way to do some larger bait runs. Stay tuned!!!
Holy heck man, great channel. You're a natural. Sorry I'm late to the party. I mean we need to get you making some 15" plastics but hey, ain't no one perfect. Regardless, the pleasure is all mine. Even turned my notifications on!
Thanks for the sub! And we're glad you finally made it to the party!!!! No worries, I have some plans for some 18" big worms coming up!!! But I would love some big molds to try my hand at. biggest mold I have is the Epic Boss Open Pour.
It does! That's a good call! I just grabbed a bag off my shelf and compared!! I think if it was more solid and with the right glitter I could come close. That's a favorite color of mine, especially when flipping the 4.5" BFE
I have zero experience with pouring baits and from your videos,. I know that you have very high standards and work to have everything the very best it needs to be...however why did you need the hook slot delete part? Wouldn't you be able to pour and use the same bait in multiple rigging options if they were poured as is? But you would limit, to a certain extent, how to rig the same lure that doesn't have the lure slot? I'm not questioning your genius, just wanting to learn.
No worries at all, and I didn't take it as questioning me LOL. So you can absolutely rig it like this, as a trailer with the hook slot. I can tell you though that the bait is less durable this way in this application. The mold comes with the regular hook slots and that's how I rigged this bait to try it out, bit because you rig the hook through the center of the bait, with the hook slot, there wasn't much material there on the bottom of the baits. So they would tend to rip out easy from the small bit of material holding onto the hook between the chin and the belly. Using the hook slot delete inserts, you get a solid bait all around, which makes it very durable in a jig trailer situation and you are running the hook directly through the center of the bait and out the top. I hope that helps.
The Shadderbait mold is sold by Epic Bait Molds. I have links in the description to their website. As for buying individual baits, you will have to find someone who is making and selling Shadderbaits. Two bait makers I know that are selling them are Last Swim Customs, and Stillwater Bait Co. Both of them have channels here on RUclips as well. 🙌🏼
@@baitchuckin Cool! Love seeing the crossover in the maker community. I’m new to your channel. I came here from Marling’s post about this new video you made. Loving the content!
Oh thank god MF website is back up !!! I was able to get their new motor oil before their last website had problems. Glad to see the new site, looks great. I LOVE that Sparkle Violet Flake, works sooo well and mimic's fish scales with how they got that certain Shimmer. I'm getting Mardis Gras color vibes with your flake choices :D really love how that violet high light really had that double color change effect
Thanks! Yeah it creates a nice effect with the highlight powder!! I'm also glad the new site is back up. I think they are still working on getting credit cards going through the site but you can always just call it in over the phone. It's just two of them there now, so if you need anything just give them a call.
So first off great molded bait i like the process and the test mold and everything, secondly though my man over @ marlinbaits has been around for so long making lures, not pouring molds... he makes lures and a large variety of types, styles, and sizes.... hes most famous for his one day build to catch vids which are insane when you think about the actual time involved. ... advice brother ...do what you do, good enough, that you dont have to trash somebody else and still gain clicks
Definitely just read the title and commented lmao. Watch like 30 seconds of the video, and you'll figure out he isn't trashing MB at all, like I thought as well. BUT I watched the video to see what was going on and found out really fast that he wasn't bashing him in the slightest.
This channel is next level for a #baitmaking channel. I like the format, but there's something unsettling about it. Can't put my finger on it without feeling outdated. Content and presentation is great, but i think the pace and sound design is a bit loud and distracting. It feels like a long commercial from beginning to end. It's well done, and know it's going to grow, but something is clashing with the subject matter. Maybe the sound engineering is too loud?
Glad you enjoy it! It is a bit of a different style than what most of the rest of the bait community is doing. It definitely has a lot more music added in and I do a lot of jump cuts to keep the audience's attention and keep the pace moving. I do plan to have some long form content in there, and if you check out the live stream playlist, that is more of a long form format where we just talk and hang out while making baits. I appreciate the feedback, and I will definitely take it into consideration as I grow the channel and learn what the audience enjoys watching! Thanks for stopping by!! Cheers!
That color looks too much like green pumpkin which is terrible in south Florida. Don't know how or why that color is so popular as it catches VERY FEW fish comparatively to so many other colored worms. I have 4 different green pumpkin color way worms and they've been in my tackle box for a couple of years because I stopped throwing them. Got tired of grinding for hours trying to get a bite and the moment I change to a different color Bam! it's fish after fish. You should be making those things with a white/silver belly for contrast and then it would work much better.MATCH the HATCH!!!
Definitely throw whatever is your confidence color! What works for someone may not work for everyone. This color is more of a translucent Gold / Amber and has done really well for me. I like to share the colors that work for me. 🙌🏼
I don't see how I'm riding the success of somebody else, but you're entitled to your opinion. Thank You for stopping by and at least giving the channel a try. I appreciate it! Cheers!
This is by far your best video yet!!! Just Sayin...
Why Thank You!!
Great show, I really enjoy watching your show. I think its the best of all.
Glad you enjoy it! Thank You for watching!! 🙏🏼
Chatterbait trailer was my initial thought when I looked at that mold. Glad to know that it does work well as a trailer
It's my favorite!! perhaps even more than the Shadderbait. But the shadderbait has its place also.
Great video! Some great molds and you make some awesome baits my friend. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching! I appreciate the kind words!!

@@secretbassrigs I don't have a channel. I just inject for a hobby. Experience hobby.
Yes, the smallmouth LOVE this color!! It also does great in the Slick Swim!
Yeah RUclips should have upgraded that by now LOL
Love to see you snagging some nice bass on the baits !!! Awesome content !
Thanks 👍 Lots more to come!!!
@@baitchuckin do you sell any baits that you make ? If so where can I buy some at I’m here in Texas !

Love the tighter action on the chatterbait trailer! Keep up the great work! ✌🏼
Thanks! Yeah I love it too! It's an awesome way to rig it! Cheers!
This was the video that came up recommended and got me started on your channel. I love the click bait title that isn't technically a lie lol.
HA HA I'm glad you appreciate the title. I think some people got upset at it LOL Oh well.. Thanks for sticking around! I appreciate the support!!
Awesome mold and colors man! 🤙 Killer action on that little guy!
Thanks Jonny! Yeah the action is killer on this little guy!
You gotta stop making these molds look so good, you're just growing my mold addiction lol
HA HA Sorry! But if you throw a chatterbait, you NEED this mold!!
Last swim customs!
Oh Mike, i think he knows what he's done. Subconsciously, of course
Oh I agree, very calculated he is...
Probably will look great on a Spinnerbait, Scrounger, Buzzbait and free rig
It looks good on a lot of things for sure!! 💪🏼

d.o.p snowshine belly with some small black holo flake would really set that off
