5:40 do not connect to a superhost unless you are looking for a CO-host. They are not very clear about that. Once you connect with a superhost through that option they have access to your listing as a CO-host and you will have to start all over to remove them. It’s a hassle so be careful
Thanks for the heads up but that's not really the case. What a super host can basically do, once you match with them, is to get updates on the progress of your listing and get notified when you get your first booking. It's on you if you want them to get edit access as "co-hosts". Even if you decide you wanna do so, you still need to approve any changes they might propose. Plus you can remove edit access at any time (they lose any edit rights once you get your first booking anyway - they will automatically disconnect from the listing).

I had to delete my account and create another one because the system would not allow me to remove the superhost from having access to view my listings setting. By the way , your mic is still not working. Check before you start recording. I have heard that in many of your videos.

Do you know how we can toggle our pin or location circle after the listing has been opened? I haven't been able to find where and airbnb support keeps won't give me a straight answer.
@@OptimizeMyAirbnb No, at around 5:10 in the video it shows that you can drag the pin on the map to favor where you want your listing to appear closer to. I can't seem to find out where I can do that for my listing. Is this only possible when opening a new listing? Thanks for the reply!

hi. a quick and important question. the girl who listed out apartment, and did it few years ago, when no government document verification was required, she left for dubai. we lost contact with her as she is on another continent and has a new job. i do not think she will give us her government ID to use. i don't even know if i have a way of getting in touch with her at all. in six days we are supposed to upload the government photo to verify the identity OR the airbnb will block out calendar. how can the cohost become the listing owner now? note: the cohost is also the person who has been receiving payments for the property (his bank account details are already listed on the account). there are already 2 bookings confirmed for the upcoming period! i i dont want to lose them. I also dont want to relist, lose our reviews etc. PLEASE HELP!

It is mentioned not to add photos to the rooms but it is not explained why. Only that it has a negative impact on the ranking. What is the logic behind? I would have thought that the more info you share in your listing in the way the system preferrs, the more favourable it is. Thanks for the vid btw.

You do not need to link anything on Airbnb if they are separate spaces
how would you list a simple apartment that is across the street from the train station? I dont have a lot of amenities
You could point out the mins to a touristy place or WiFi speed

You mean to switch between "General Location" to "Specific Location"?
