Thank you sir i am new in this field and i just bought a dental air compressor. I have a angel eye air rotor and the first cartridge work finely for 1 month but after that the bearing of cartridge start to loose and the cartridge got waste. I had already 2 cartridge and changes it yesterday but today the cartridge broke again. Can you tell me why it's happening ? I was doing rct in second molar ( down left)

Sir upper 7 crown prep is difficult with normal head

      hello doc,
please take my answer positively and in a constructive manner.
i do not recommend mini head air rotor because they are expensive and do not last long.
also please consider this, i am practicing dentistry for more than a decade, i am able to do cutting in 8's also
so if i can do it, any one can do it too.
definitely for osmf patient or very small mouth opening it becomes difficult to perform cutting, but than firstly rct will be way more difficult and in vital tooth cutting it becomes difficult for patient to maintain hygine and thus leads to sensitivity issues after few months.
so if u can perform bmp you can easily do cutting with normal head air rotor.
also its just my recommendation, you can consider it now or go through your own experiences and come to a decision
      thank you
