I just recently gotten into using saw palmetto. I know the native Americans used it to grow out their hair and they also would the berries or brew them into a tea. I would love to try this tea rinse.

I have so much amaranth/calaloo greens growing in my garden I know they are super nutritious and packed with vitamins, minerals and protein. Have you ever heard of anyone using calaloo for hair? As a tea or otherwise?

From studies done they’ve always done it over a period of time. Like daily for 3-6 months

Will this tea also be used as a final rinse after deep conditioning; no rinse, add NIAN Leave In on top and twist creme?
You can use it as a final rinse. Just make sure you save some to spray during the week too
