Hi, i have been making easiyo yoghurt for a long time using the black yoghurt maker. There are really times especially these past weeks that my yoghurt will set but the consistency isn't that smooth and thick like the usual yoghurt. Sometimes its lumpy. I dont know what's wrong. I have this yogurt maker, it's great but the sachets... I can not find sugar free ones, neither full fat ones. All sachets I find are low fat and contain sugar, even the plain flavour ones. But yes its very easy to make yogurt.
Have you tried directly ordering from Easiyo online? I find the prices for their spare containers much more reasonable than eBay or Amazon and the range of sachets much wider on their website.
you dont need the sachets, theire actually more expensive too. you can just use boiled milk and some yoghurt from a previous batch or store bough (sugar free). It needs to have at least two weeks until the expiry date to still have enough live bacteria though :) you can also use bacteria you can buy.
