I just want to say thank you so much for these! CAAs aren't legislated in my state, so it helps to watch these videos. The more you post the more I get more and more inspired to continue building my application.. applying next March :)

Thank you so much for your videos, you’re teaching me so much. As someone who’s looking into CAA myself, I have a couple questions:
    1) did you consider going the PA route while exploring CAA as an option? Why or why not?
    2) are there particular CAA programs that are considered “better” or “worse” than others in terms of how well they prepare graduates, job placement rates, etc.? Or is choosing which program to attend more of a geographic/financial decision?
    3) does anesthesia provide enough variety for you to never worry about doing the same thing over and over again till you retire? Do you ever wonder if there’ll be a point where you’ll ask “is there ever gonna be more to this?”?
    4) how much flexibility do CAAs have in transitioning to work for VA hospitals? Let’s say a CAA wants to live in NY or CA, which currently do not recognize CAAs. Could she or he find employment at a VA hospital there without too much trouble, or is that not really a thing?
    Thanks again :)

Hi! In regards to propofol's burning sensation, it is not necessarily due to the pKa. There is work from other researchers suggesting that the low concentration of propofol in the aqueous phase of the oil-water emulsion acts directly on a receptor on the inside of blood vessel walls to cause pain. Other than that, great work on the video!
