    Thanks, Rafa! Several of us here in Tucson, Arizona were just talking about exactly this. This morning, I used the AR to scout my locations for tomorrow, and the moon sets later, too. :-)

      Nice! Yes, the AR works great. We use it to double check our plans we do with the Planner. The Planner is the more accurate tool. But the AR helps too :)

    Thanks Rafa, that was great! I've got a question, though -> Do you have any advice on how to plan when the mountain ridges are covered with trees. How do you estimate tree height?

    • @PhotoPills
      @PhotoPills  4 года назад

      Thank you David! Use the Moon/Sun height above Black Pin on Panel 2. And compare it with the height of the trees. You'll have to make a guess on the height of the trees though...

    Hola Rafael, no se ingles. No podrías hacer una segunda parte del mismo tutorial en español?? Te lo agradecería. Por otro lado, es normal que la brújula de RA haya que estar continuamente calibrandola?? Por último quisiera que me explicaras el significado de cada una de los trazos de colores, círculos concentricos entorno al punto de situación y otro circulo con esferas azules numeradas. Gracias

      Disculpa Rafa, ya he visto este tutorial en español. Si me gustaria que me respondieras a las cuestiones planteadas. Gracias de nuevo.

      Hola Jose. En cuanto al RA, depende de los sensores de tu teléfono y de los campos magnéticos que puedan interferir. Evita fundas con imán y piezas metálicas. También puedes hacer la figura del 8 en el aire para que el sistema se estabilice. Y finalmente si es necesario calibrar, deberás calibrar. Nosotros utilizamos la info que nos manan los sensores, no podemos hacer más. Por las demás preguntas, no sé exactamente a qué te refieres. Seguro que encuentras las respuestas en el manual de usuario: www.photopills.com/es/manual-usuario

    Can I assume the same process works for moon rise, set? I was trying to plan to capture the full moon two days ago. I did go out to the site and used the AR function. Seemed to work pretty well. However, if you are not able to make it out to the site as part of planning, then this approach seems to work. Also, It would be wonderful if a Photopills version could be created for the PC. My eyes are not as good as they used to be so using my phone to do planning is a bit challenging. Thanks for the videol

      Yes, this works for the Moon too, it's the same workflow. Thanks for the suggestion too!

    Ciao Rafael, so che l'inglese è universale, ma non riesco veramente a starti dietro durante i tuoi video. Non c'è la possibilità di avere la traduzione in italiano...sarebbe una cosa molto gradita . Ciao Lucio

      We'd love to have it in Italian, but I can't speak Italian hehehe. Maybe in Spanish is easier to follow: ruclips.net/video/gdfvOAr8tj0/видео.html

    Hola Rafa quería saber cómo saber cuando el sol está a un lado de la montaña más bien la foto seria de la montaña iluminada por el sol a 45°

    • @PhotoPills

      Hola! Coloca el pin rojo encima de la montaña y mírate la línea de posición actual del sol. Vete moviendo el tiempo hasta que esté en el ángulo que desees.

      @@MichaelGuy The thin orange line on the map tells you the position of the sun for a given date and time. So set the date and time you want (tomorrow 10am if you wish) and the orange thin line will tell you where the sun will be...
