Love this video! Bike, food/coffee, and Korean countryside content all in one video - this was a pleasure to watch. Can't wait to see what else you will post.
This is the first time commenting on a RUclips video for me. Your video’s are very enjoyable to watch and really calm me down when I’m feeling a bit anxious or wound up. I feel blessed that I can ride my bike everyday to work. Keep up the great job! Thank you
The calm nature of your voice and attitude, the bike adventures by train, this channel is everything we need in this world right now (at least, everything I need). Thanks for sharing!
Dude I am in love with your videos. I've watched all of them now. Very chill, and your bikes are just beautiful. I hope you continue to enjoy creating bike content. Ride safe!
So happy to have found this channel. It brings me the joys of solo cycling without actually pedalling myself 😃. And good on you mate for promoting the basic rule mom and dad taught us "clean up after yourself". So disheartening to find people's waste anywhere especially in nature. I always liked the phrase "leave nothing and take nothing but pictures".
Wonderful video. A Clem is in my future, just not sure when. A few options for your meal: butter in lieu, or in addition to, the 'fake' cheese with the ramen. I do the egg and additional vegetable(s) as well! Also I'm sure all are aware that tea packs lighter and smaller than coffee (no filter needed, no special pot), and Mt Hagen organic instant decaf coffee is pretty good, and packs really easy! Looking forward to your next video - they are all so nice to watch!
@@probablyriding that's amazing!! I'm going to do the four rivers bike ride with my partner later in the year (also going to try vlog it!) and we also love coffee ☕ if you have a list of your favourite cafes and coffee in the country and would be willing to share that would be great 😃
Beautiful bike and really engaging trip! I'm often in Seoul for work but haven't had a chance to go cycling yet - this definitely convinced me to rent a bike next time I'm there.
Hey Marcus enjoying the channel, I just moved to Seoul. In the lovely Eunpyong Hanok Village. Ive got a gravel bike and looking forward to some adventures. If there's any cool spots you recommend it would be great to connect. The place in this video looks good for starters

Nice videos, I have enjoyed them a lot, calm / relaxing voice, nice shots, simple journeys made to feel special - love it ! One question, how does it feel with shifters so far forward and a bit down? Also lovely bar wrap !
I ride all year. I even enjoy riding in the cold. It’s usually between 0 and -10c. Occasionally it drops even lower. In the right clothes, it’s fine. Luckily it’s quite dry with just a few days of snow.
Love your videos!! Find you from insta I "probably" want to buy a bike to travel around Seoul too Do you have any bike shop or bike brand recommendation in Korea ?
If you want similar to mine, comfy steel bikes, Rookey bike is a good shop. He does customs frame if you have the budget but also builds nice brands like Velo Orange and Bassi bikes.
hi, i plan to ride in korea - from seoul to busan. do you know if i can bring the bike from busan back to seoul via the train? is there a special ticket needed?
Not allowed on the train but you can bring it on the bus. The train in this video is the only one you can bring a bike on. Check out this video for how I bring the bike on the bus: ruclips.net/video/v97mfCWE2pA/видео.htmlsi=zVypCgcG6MkMyZYl
It’s about 85. You could ride both but I think I’d choose 59. The bigger bike would probably feel a bit better but it’s a shame the lug isn’t as pretty.
Hi. My Ben is Ben. USA. I am planning a mtn bike trip to Korea. I plan to travel all over Korea visiting 5 mtn bike parks and ride the mountains of Korea. Nice. I had a friend who rode a lot of MTB here. I probably won’t make it out there but I’ll have a video about taking bikes on buses, which is pretty easy here.

Hi! Just found your channel. I’m a Brit living in France and just getting into riding round the (flat!) city where I live. Love your style. Thanks!
That’s awesome! Where in France are you? A couple of summers ago I did some amazing rides down near Toulouse in the Midi-Pyrenees.
Amazing. Thank you. Not currently able to do solo daylong multimodals but this is absolutely the next best thing. Please keep them coming 👍
Thanks!
Another lovely video. As others have said, very calming. Makes me want a Rivendell.
Thanks!

The bell is way cool. What a rad place to go.
It’s one of my favourite things on the bike.
Sorry I meant the gong. But the bikes bell is amazing as well
@@Happy_entrailsoh right, haha. My focus is way too much on the bike. That gong had such a cool sound up on that valley.

This is the video I've been looking for! A nice vlog of a lazy ride! Been tempted to do one for London!
Thanks! A London ride would be sweet.
That soup from the restaurant at the end looked delicious enough to soothe my battered soul
The food here is a big reason why I’ve stayed so long.
How much did a meal like that cost?
About 7USD
Thanks for documenting your adventure!
Thanks for watching!
Biscuits! Similar to Leibniz which are my fav. Great videos, all the way from south east London. 👍🏼
Yes! Love a Leibniz. A similar ratio of chocolate:biscuit to a Leibniz. Biscuit texture more like a digestive on these.
This is what I’m talkin’ about 💯
Thanks! Hope the recovery is going well 💪
That spicy beef soup looked perfect for a cold day out biking! 😋😍
It was!

that small restaurant you had dinner in is absolutely a gem to find.... It seems to me that a lot of adventurers/tourists would not notice it at all
Those are the ones seek. Local, independently run with amazing food. It was a good find. They gave me some roasted sweet potato for the road too.

Love your videos! I imagine it’s tough finding space for so many bikes in Seoul - what’s your storage situation?
Thank you! I convinced my landlord that all my bikes take up less space than a car. Luckily, there’s some safe bike parking facilities in my building.
Hi! Watching your video here in the philippines. I like the style of your bike, what brand and model is that a lady mountain bike?
It is a Rivendell Clem Smith Jr. I don’t think there is such thing as women’s bikes. A step through is just as useful for men as women.
Very much enjoying your video!

No. I’m not aware of any country where you need a license to ride a bike.
