I like to switch my hair care lines, because I love variety of brands, in the scent, the results or purpose. But the products I use are all for my type of hair concern. For example 2 month I change daily between Kerastase Chroma Absolu, Genesis and Chronlogiste. My current routine is switching daily between Redken Acidic Bonding, Olaplex and Paul Mitchell Originals, Super Skinny and Tea Tree Color Series. Once a month I use L'Oreal SE Metal Detox. And my hair is fine with this routine. In fact I have a calender for hair care like my workout planner. I write down when coloring, claryfying, Olaplex 0/3 and all products I use daily plus the results. This way I found out the right hair care series for me that work best. I love that you allow people to choose washing the hair daily. I do not understand the science behind those 'experts' who say shampooing too often is bad and causes damage. To me the harsh treatment whith wet hair is bad and heat is also bad. But not the act of washing itself, if you do it right -shampoo twice just the roots, professional hair care, ph balanced, always conditioning, blowdry on cold setting or air dry, using microfiber towels etc. I feel good washing my hair every day because of doing workouts daily and I love the feeling of clean scalp and hair. I do this for 1,5 years now, and my hair is super vital and healthy. The ends are a little dry because of the length and colouring, but I use hair oil regularly to balance that out. So it is a relieve that you took away my guilty conscience what so called experts told me cos I like to wash my hair daily. Thanx so much.
I'm surprised no one in the comments mentioned Apple Cider Vinegar rinse! Is that a myth? I would have believed these things when I was younger but as I grow older, I think food products shouldn't be used on the skin or hair. Thank you so much for debunking these myths, I wish I found this channel a long time ago!
Ciao Mike🙋 I understand when you say about the switching. I have normal hair not oily or dry but wavy-curly. For the some time now I use Kerastase Chronologist line, Extenioniste, and Genesis rotate the lines weekly and I must say my hair and scalp is lovely. I so look for your videos weekly- such as now when I should be working🤭
@@MikeDeCanter I find Chronologist a absolute love! It's by far my favorite and a cut above the others. To me, it's for anyone who's not necessarily boxed oily dry breakage but lackluster dull. I get haircare getting into skincare for the scalp and hair. I also like Miriam Quvedo she has Caviar lines and a Black Baccara Rose Stem Cells technology. I'm all for it! Scalp is skin too. I look forward to your channel growing big time- just don't forget about us folks lol. 💗🤗
I was guilty of the grey hair plucking. I used a small pair scissors to cut the grey out and ended up cutting a few together other strands with it all the time 😂
I struggle with RUclipsrs who say you should have a 3 to 5 day gap between washes. I'm from a tropical country and in summers like now , we are sweating as soon as we are outside 😂 we are lucky if we get some cooler weather and don't sweat and get like a 1 day gap between washes 😅
I have dry fine curly hair...lately I am facing a lot of hairfall...would u pleaseeee recommend a shampoo to me that would help my hairfall without making my hair drier?
When they say stress can make you grey/white , they mean trauma stress not regular one. My mom did went white whole head because of me.... I almost died, I was toddler and on the balcony with her in her arms and I have seen a person I knew and wiggle from her grip and when over the balcony, she had great reflexes and did catch me by my feet and she pull me back, she fall down to the fall , hurt he back and was shaking , after that she had to color her hair. That kind of stress, not taking an exam or being late somewhere, that is silly. Life and death stress, something that will give you trauma for life.
Finally i dont feel guilty washing my hair 🤣 would love to know if you recommend any product or scalp serum to promote hair growth and heathy hair ? Or or these a myth as well
Hello mike I'm 18 and I have virgin hair I want to color them without bleaching with majirel color I can't afford to go to salon which color no. Should I try..?😊
Is it possible to get a new hair if we shave our head and go bald? I mean i used to have straight hair when i was a kid, but did something stupid to it cause im just a kid who knows nothing. Or do i just need scalp treatment?
I think the myth that needs to die is that "shampoo causes hair fall" - no, brands invest a significant amount of money in research (at least the usual big brands like L'Oreal) to formulate products, this is really not the thing that makes people lose hair ffs. Everytime I see somebody say this in comments I want to educate them, but just don't have nerves left to do it.
I'm so glad you debunked the not washing your hair myth. There are stylists out there who talk about "training" your hair so you don't have to wash it for two weeks! Ugh! Sorry, but the scalp would smell horribly. I wish these wackos wouldn't encourage people to be dirty.
@@MikeDeCanter I have no hard feelings mike I have watched all your videos and i find them very helpful🌹....I posted a comment down the video you did about box dye and professional hair color... then I waited but... you did that long ago so I wrote the same comment on your recent video and waited.... and then again I wrote it on this wrote then I waited but nothing happened
@@abeerahamad4662 is your hair black? My hair's black the only way to get it to take colour was to bleach it 😬 and then I had to keep using purple shampoo to balance out the orange .
Biotin DOES NOT GROW HAIR. At least, not by itself but the lack of sufficient vitamins especially biotin can retard growth and cause hair fall ( premature). Extreme stress or trauma CAN cause hormonal changes that can result in loss of pigment but this is a RARE circumstance. Cutting keeps hair ends healthy and this can reduce tangling which can cause more splitting and breakage.

Many People say that water damages the hair for exemple !
What do you think ?
It says on box dyes (at least the one I use) that hair should be dry and dirty before applying the dye.

Well if your shave your head, of course the hair that will grow will be new hair
