I'm currently 21 wks and i developed this rash, exactly same just only on arms and legs. Nothing helps and I dont want to take clobetasol which is a powerful steroid rx by nurse .OBGYN didn't rx anything, nor PCP except clobetasol. The video really helped me understand more about PUPP, thank you ❤❤❤
I got PUPPS at the end of my pregnancy, my MIL had it when she was pregnant with my BIL (her first pregnancy). His wife had it VERY bad with their first pregnancy (a girl). My husband has children from prior relationships and none of them had PUPPS but i got it (my first and also a girl) luckily not as bad as my SIL but not fun. I feel like there must be some genetic component from the paternal side as me and SIL got it. For info reasons i am Caucasian, she is Phillipino. All babies were born healthy, mine a month premature but no complications.
@@phoebewentworth6919 very interesting… maybe the male carries some type of gene that is triggered within the mother from baby? Some type of indirect correlation. Would make for a good study!
@@NurseMasterCharlieRN that's what I was thinking. I have yet to see any info regarding that but it'd be great to find out, I see a lot of stuff about developing PUPPS when you get a lot bigger fast during pregnancy but neither my MIL SIL nor I got large or many stretch marks during it. The only thing that helped however was ice, a lot of ice just a bath full haha
You can start using Pinetarsol soap and apply baking soda paste on the rashes to help with itching. You can ask doctor to give you antihistamine which is safe for pregnancy and hydrocortisone cream. Then start doing the gentle liver cleanse. Drink one glass of warm lemon water, then wait for 30 mins, and make celery, cucumber, carrot and beetroot juice. Then wait for 30 mins and eat 2 apples. Then after 1 hr you can eat something solid. Black cherry juice also helps. Make liver detox smoothie, one banana, one apple, blueberry and mango or any fruit of your choice. Hope this helps.
I currently have this! Anti histamine , a steroidal cream, black cherry juice and pine tar soap has helped me so much! I finally can sleep after 2 weeks of suffering
I am 34 weeks and started itching a couple weeks ago. I caught scabbies like a year ago, and the bumps somewhat remind me of those but definitely not as severe. Just what they look like. Small. On stomach breasts legs arms back top of feet. Any thoughts? I am white and have gained about 40 lbs? Also more at night! It’s not all red like the photos, and it doesn’t appear severe(as compared to looking at google pics) if I have this, it’s a mild case (meaning it’s not as bad as photos shown)
So itchy at the moment. I have PUPPPs i think, since it started on my lower part of my bump at 34 weeks and has spread to my hips, thighs and lower back.... I think it's the skin stretching and heat...and tight clothing maybe. Thankfully no itchy on feet or palms.

I am 32 weeks pregnant and I have these rashes on both my hands and one buttock and one foot...the rash starts as a small papule and grows outwards in a span of three-five days into a ring and and gets larger for another three-four days and slowly fades away leaving a central small healed dot like scar which eventually heals in one week...and again a new rash appears and I have almost 15-20 rashes on both my hands and wrists...can you please diagnose it for me...I used antihistamine and I have severe itching please help me.. No previous history of rashes
Hi, I am 27 weeks pregnant and i am having severe itching on my belly with red rashes as shown in pic and i got my liveer profile bloodwork got dine..everything was normal except ALP of 194 Iu/L...i am not sure whether i have PUPP or IHC
I got puppp at 35 weeks. Worst case many dr’s have ever seen, a literal nightmare. I tried everything, steroidal cream, antihistamine, pine tar soap, black cherry juice, bicarb baths, oatmeal baths. Only thing that worked was oral corticosteroids.
@@sophiashmia6587 sorry to hear , glad the steroids worked… glad your doctor treated you. Share your story so others are aware. Best of health to you and your baby!
My PUPPP rash started early also, 15 weeks gestation. I was literally covered from my neck to my toes. It was unbearable and the itchiness was insane. I feel sorry for you. No medications or creams would help me. My specialists said to “hang in there” that it would be over, once I delivered my baby. I suffered for the next 16 weeks, it caused me to become depressed and at 31 weeks, my baby went into foetal distress as I had also developed Pre-eclampsia at week 19. Baby was delivered, she was born cold and floppy. Went into cardiac arrest and other complications. It was a horrific experience.
@MEDICMUM3 oh my goodness that's absolutely horrible. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that! Reluctantly I was put on a oral steroid that completely cleared it up. And it was severe. I'm at 30 weeks now and still doing OK besides having gestational diabetes now. My first baby is really giving me a run. Lol. I hope you're in a better place now. 💙
Check out Ally Boothroyds videos.. she had puppps super early in her pregnancy and found ways to completely heal it! Her advice is helping me with mine as well!
Sorry to hear that…just make sure that you are seeing your doctor to keep checking things… to make sure it’s not something else, or an allergic reaction. Best of health to you. If you can… please let me know if you find out what it is.
I'm so itchy I can't stand it. But...I'm not sure if I have this. Everything is spot on except all my raised bumps (and there are hundreds upon hundreds) are not red. They are skin colored but they are raised. Could it be something else? I'm 25 weeks and this just started 2 days ago. It's been getting worse by the day
Hi guys, after meeting my doctor and he confirmed that I had Urticaria, I was so scared that it shouldn't hurt my family. I made all provisions to cure myself when I found out the drugs were not working. But to no avail. Until doctor Iyhere on youtube made everything possible.
Hi guys. I am Gina brown from california, due to the hotness of the summer I noticed that my skin has started developing heat rashes so I contacted Doctor Iyhere from Africa who helped me after I ordered for the appropriate herbal medication.
