I'm so thankful I found this. My K-Mini was taking close to 3 minutes to brew a cup of coffee. It was literally just a trickle. So I used the vinegar/water solution you mentioned to descale it, and after it was finished "brewing" I looked into the cup and there was a ton of little white particles floating all through the solution. So I did one more run through of vinegar/water, followed by 3 rinses of just water, and now it only takes about 20 seconds to fill the cup. I did all the other cleaning steps you mentioned as well. Thank you so much.

Thank you for being the first person I’ve seen actually say HOW to remove the pod basket! I thought I was going crazy with all these people just saying to take it out! Even the official instructions the machine came with are vague about it - never mentioned anything about pushing up from the bottom!

Try using q-tips, get the ends wet and collect the grounds, works for me!
