That paint on the mat after your swipe would make a great skin when dry.

Everything turned out beautiful, however when you spun the round and it almost fell off the spinner, you ended up laughing and woke up my kitten. Lol
Hi Kanella - I hate wasting paint too. Those beautiful splotches that are left after you spin are perfect for dipping. I'm not into the jewelry making, so I don't do that. Instead I use photo paper (4 x 6 inch) and you capture the colors and some really cool designs by pressing the paper lightly onto the excess paint left on your table after spins. Just an idea! Photo paper dries flat and I insert them into greeting cards (the kind that allows you to insert your own photos) and send them out as art cards. Heck, you can probably sell them!

Brilliant idea to help combate the "warp" and the resin doesn't have to be cat-hair free😉 in order to use!! Love💕 all your colour combinations and design patterns. You *rocked* this 🎸

just a tip with swiping, if you want to swipe horizontally like you did across the board lay the paints vertically next to each other and not alot of paint is needed. Does that make sense? When you swipe across the colors they will travel with the knife and thin out across the swipe. Great tip to use larger pallet knifes. I love how organized you are kanella from labeling paints to labeling paint video numbers. awesome awesome artwork. I watch multiple ppl and take tips from each

What a fun video! You know intuitively, we're there with you when you're working through the creation process - laughing outloud with you! Those 2 very pretty splurges that developed on the table - I was so hoping you might scrape under with the spatula and just slide them off onto a coaster (I made that sound easy and its not!) but truly - so pretty that I was sorry to see them go. You are rocking that large swiping tool now - Gorgeous!

You can use the left over paint as base for another bloom…it works fine.

You could carefully use your palette knife and picked up those beautiful colors on the table and add to your composition.
I know this was 2 months ago but when I'm spinning I put double side carpet tape super strong and can use very small piece. Love your impromptu blooper 😆 🤣 😂

I got the exact same ladels at the Dollar Tree for a buck and a quarter and yes they come in very handy for dipping in your house paint jugs or gallon of paint. ❤❤❤❤

What a great night of watching your blooms. Not sure what I’m doing wrong… My bloom swipes come out nice but deconstructed blooms lose the cell structure. I will keep playing and following you. Great job!
Lol, put a small puddle of paint under your board to create suction😁. Step out of your comfort zone, swirl through the swipe🙂🥰
The board slipped off because there were resin drips under the board and it wasn’t flat in the spinner
I think a little less pillow paint. And try colors that go opposite of blues on your color wheel.

Wow so pretty. How fast you mastered this technique. You can actually use the leftover paint for a base paint later on. Don’t always have to just use house paint as a base. I’ve saved this paint and created beautiful flip cups with it. So nothing is really wasted.

When you have an access amount of activator in the center you can use a syringe to remove it if blowing it out doesn't work.
I forget that everyone's Paynes Grey is different. All the brands I have purchased are blue. Plus I will often confuse it with Prussian Blue.
Hi Kanella, these are so pretty!!! Hey, as far as your splattering and making a mess, maybe you should buy those thick poster boards that kids do Science projects on, you know the ones that stand on their own, and couldn't you stand them up on the three sides of you, like left, back, and right sides, and then you only have to worry about the splattering and mess in the front where you are spinning! If you wanted to get really protective, you could get one for the front too, and put a whole in it big enough for your arm to fit through to spin it, or spin it, and then hurry and put the board in front of you! Just trying to look out for your sanity....LOL.... Anyways, have a great week, take care, and stay safe!!!

You can blow through a turkey baster in lieu of a straw. Bigger opening so it works a tad better. These are beautiful 😍

Hi Kanella, I love watching your channel because you are a fantastic teacher of acrylic painting. And I love the fact that you like your area kept clean. When I do my blooms I cover my turn table with stretch wrap to keep it clean. I also attach paint sticks to help with spinning. I also do all my spinning in a dog pool. That way all the mess stay in one place. I love that you are doing blooms because I love your color combinations in everything you do.. I have learned so much from you about color choices. Thank you for all that you have done for all of us that are new to acrylic paint pouring.

Not mentioning any channel names, but there are some that their set up/ presentation are so messy and when they create are so messy that it actually distracts from the main point.
