That was really helpful! I’d kind of forgotten some of the things I learned in the beginning. The things you had to keep repeating were the things I needed to hear too. Very effective video! Thanks!
Both are so gorgeous. Absolutely a lot of fun. Watching you teach Lisa, I learned so much more. I may actually try a Dutch Pour and will keep in my head...slow slow. And angle angle!!!. You two are a blast in both videos. I enjoyed so much. Thank you for sharing. I would be like Lisa was with the nerves way up on the scale. I do have my scales, have had them for some time and will definitely go watch the video on how you mix your paints (434) I think. I will add them to my Art Bible of recipes with sections for each artist and Lisa's section will have the bloops in it. But please Kanella, post up the measurements you got for her blooms. Thanks so much. Loved them all. Would definitely like to see you do some more blooms. Was fun😂💕🤗💕🤗 Happy Birthday Sofia!! My granddaughter is 10 also. They grow up so fast.
OMG, how I laughed! You two are so comical and complement each other. Loved this and learned even more watching how you teach others Kanella! You're awesome! And Lisa is great too, I love watching her bloom, it's so impressive. Love you both!!!💜💖❤
Oh, Kanella, I can't tell you how much this helped. You answered questions I didn't know to ask. Watching you guide her helped me in not knowing for sure of angles and speed. You make it look so easy and you so through it it's done before you know it so I didn't realize how slow you were moving the dryer. And you explained more on why you start where and how your direct the flow. Ooohhh so informative. I can't wait to get a chance to take another Dutch pour. Both paintings are great. Amazing colors and I can't thank you enough.
I love Lisa!! 🥰 She is so relatable!! 😍🤗 The intrepidation is real!! They both turned out gorgeous!! 🌟 You really should collab more often in person!! 💖
I watched both videos back to back and my sides hurt from laughing, you definitely need to more videos together!!❤ Both of these videos have great “oh l see now” moments! Kanella I love your instruction and I actually figured out some things I was doing wrong when blowing out my paint! I vote for more instructional videos here and there!! ❤️
That was as close to a zoom class than I’ll get all the way down here in Tampa Florida. No Ian damage here at my area btw. That was the BEST video for Dutch pour EVER! Thank you both! That was a super fast long video ❤ and fricken funny af
First things first....HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOFIA 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊!!!!! Secondly, Yes to more blooms, that would be awesome 😁. Thirdly....I wish I could have an in person lesson with you, you are an amazing teacher...so patient. Well maybe when the economy gets better and things aren't so expensive I will be able to travel to Canada or one of yours and Tammy's workshops would be awesome to attend too. You have all my love and respect Kanella...awesome lady😊 thank you for giving so much of your time to share and teach us🥰
@@KanellaCiracoArt Thanks to you both for the wonderfully instructive and funny tutorial. You re so different, and yet make a great team. First of all, happy birthday Sofia. News from Juno and Echo, please. About painting... that spinner is great. I say, can t you use it for the Dutch Pour, to make the angles easier? Then you don t need to move around it. The greatest lesson: consistency of the paint, cover the canvas well so that the colours flow, and the pace. The angle and distance are basic. I miss that hand guiding me..., I live in the Basque Country in Spain, in the border with France, but if any time you decide to travel here you re welcomed at home. Keep on with the good work, and yes, please, blooms and swipes.
I’m for sure the Messy Marvin type painter BUT I caught myself just tonight cleaning my spatula before I blew out the paint. You are both masters of the art for sure. Thanks for the videos of both bloom and Dutch pour.
YES!!! Watching you teach Lisa was extremely informative!! I think I can do it. Especially the part about getting the angle right and you just aim and when you see the paint moving or wiggling, you know you have the right angle. Looking forward to both of you doing more videos with your new technique!!! Than you both
If people complain about how long videos are they just being difficult lol i watch all videos 2x speed and skip if necessary. It’s really that simple 😊😂 love your videos no matter how long
It’s not till you see you trying to teach someone to Dutch pour that you realise how easy you make it look. It was fun watching and it was a good effort on Lisa’s part. I would be happy for you to ‘throw’ in the odd bloom technique. Take care, be safe. 💕 Dorset, UK
Thank you for sharing this, I'm a beginner, and these have just helped me not to feel so clutsey, and to keep trying. Not to mention all of the great information you share, plus you remind us to have fun.
That was so great. When you use the hairdryer it reminds me if an airplane landing for the angle. Would definitely like to see some more blooms. You always do such beautiful work. And I love that you keep your area clean. Happy Birthday Sofia. 😊❤️😊
Y’all were so funny, having way to much fun! No really I enjoyed watching the two of you. And wow the bloom helped so much just watching and listening to the dos and don’t s. And always information on the way to handle the hair dryer for the Dutch pour. So beautiful! Loved watching you both. Thank y’all so much!!
Great video! Definitely picked up lots of great tips, biggest one for me is to slow down. Thank you so much for creating such informative videos. The two of you together are very entertaining.
Beautiful video and palettes! You both had a lot of fun and me as well watching you! I know I will never have the chance to meet you... Spain is so far and do not have budget to travel there, but I enjoy to watch you very much. I did learn a lot from you, Kanella. You are my inspiration! Thank you so much for your generosity sharing your knowlage with the world of fluid art! Big hugs!
I tried another dutch pour after watching this (and mixing colors based off your recipes) and the tips you showed Lisa totally helped me. I will keep trying, but it didn't turn out too terrible. The instruction about the angle as well as the examples of where to start each blow from the puddles was really helpful. Thank you for your content, tips, and videos!
Holy Cannoli Kanella! Both paintings turned out great. It is so fun to watch two teachers interact and I learn so much more. Olga and Molly did a few together in the summer and they are so fun. This was very helpful; I'm going to pay more attention to my angle and very entertaining to boot!
It's always interesting to grow and learn new techniques - it's even better when you can have *fun* doing it !! Great colour choices on both canvases - well done ladies👏👏💕
Hi Kanella, firstly both Dutch pours look amazing 😍. I could just imagine Lisa sweating buckets, with her stress and anxiety levels being off the charts 🤣.
