Hi Valerie. You look pretty as usual. I love all of these easy recipes. Japanese mayonnaise is exactly what it is. It’s mayonnaise made in Japan. I’ve never tried it but I’ve heard that it’s richer and sweeter than regular mayo. Nowadays you can find it at any grocery store on the international food aisle. They even have it at Walmart. Kewpie is probably the most popular brand.😁 Thanks for sharing.🤗💕

Japanese Mayo is made using egg yolks - not the whole egg. The texture is creamier and more custard-like. And, no, I didn’t know this. I had to look it up 🙂
