You are correct in mentioning that the white tubes are not needed. Also, the manufacturer states that the roller bearings and locking latch will improve in function in about 48 hours or so. I also drilled holes through the bed plugs for better drainage; when it pours the rain or going through a carwash you will find a decent amount of water in the bed.

I have a 2022 silver Lariat f250 tremor 7.3 liter, ultimate pkg, lariat pkg, color matching front grill, led light, uplifter switches, sunroof, marker lights on the roof, line x spray in liner, 5th wheel prep pkg,roll n lock bed cover, weather tech floor mats, with only 3,500 miles I am thinking about selling in Nashville TN. Title in hand
There is drainage in both corners so I didn't drill holes either. I have a back flip tonneau I like it. I installed mine I did need help lifting it. Great install video.
@@mileshiles1287 excellent good to know. I assumed the water in the bed had to go somewhere. I like the backflip you have access to your whole bed. I found out trying to put in a long box this weekend that the canister gets in the way 😞.

Ok good. They didn’t seem necessary. Where did you drill the holes? Through the tab on the vertical surface or down through bed?
@@iAmMarchalI drilled into the lower left and right side of the bed. There are 2 rubber plugs from the factory; I drilled center of those.

I noticed you didn’t adjust the white plastic screws in the rail. Was it already aligned up hood or did you measure?
