Since 2018 they promised the console community a build of Insurgency Sandstorm.
Fast-forward to this day, there is still no new information about this matter.
This rant is dedicated to Insurgency Sandstorm Console Port Lies.

Let's hope that Console edition will actually have some material revealed, not another statement like previous announcement date filled with CGI moments. I highly doubt that sadly, not positive at all after 3 years of lies from this studio. Thank you for the comment mate :)

Thank you everyone for the support on this upload! The message I delivered was loud and clear: NWI have lost any credibility, and these promises are lies to create fake hope in people.
This studio had the "courage" to say that communication is key in their recent developer blog-post, which is of course, the biggest load of trash I've seen period from them, after the disaster of Cold Blood update. All these 3 years, everything related to the Console version is kept under silence, and the situation about it was addressed in only 5-6 lines of that 3 page developer "documentary". What a joke, seriously. Once again, I highly doubt this version of the game exists, if they write information about it at the bottom of a developer diary. Time will tell everybody.
Absolutely brilliant video, sadly they don't seem to listen to anyone, but I hope they watch this video and listen to you, because they need to know what the community really thinks of them. Ignoring a community that could have taken then so far, it's madness in my view, I don't think they realise there are PC players out there who would have bought the console version of this game, yet constinue to ignore even them. Again fantastic video mate.
I know that they will still ignore us mate. This upload is more or less a reality check for NWI, but it's guaranteed they will do the bot shenanigans again. I'm terribly sorry for this community who still loves the game, and are waiting for the vaporwave console edition. Empty promises, even after that Embracer Group deal.
Good coverage video, even if it was in such an angry style. New World Interactive should be sued if that money isn't refundable, especially with that proof, since they tried to sell a product that doesn't exist. These so-called years of silence stockpiled enough material to start a movement. These developers are a joke, every patch breaking the update presents their incapability to support and develop a game. Silencing community for asking development information is full-fledged censorship, these actions against people are unacceptable. And you are right about this suspicion transitioning to upcoming games creates by the same people.
Couldn't say more mate. If NWI was a studio like Infinity Ward or DICE, they would be in legal trouble. They escaped this fate, but just like I said, this silence that created distrust in community will comeback to haunt them with the next major title. Was tired of soft pats in the back, since this studio simply doesn't care. Angry rant was a must. Thank you for taking time to comment mate :)
Hey man I appreciate you talking about how they are treating us, I’ve been pretty pissed about it myself, soo many of my ps4 friends gave up on this. I used to have hope but I guess NWI doesn’t give a flying fuck about us.
Thank you for the support mate. I feel terribly sorry to console players who really wanted to get their hands on this title. Sandstorm would've been a hit on Playstation or Xbox, but everyone got a truckload of lies, and infinite delays. Let's hope that 2021 release rumor is true, but after everything NWI's done so far, I don't really see that coming. Cheers for the comment :)
My understanding was that they wanted to wait for next gen consoles for the extra power since the game isn't super well optimized. Also, if Cyberpunk can release in that state, im pretty sure Sandstorm wouldn't be that bad xD I do think it was kinda bad of NWI to promise things that might not happen (campaign and console port)

I wouldn't be making this rant a big deal if it wasn't for fake advertisement. If they announced Sandstorm for PS5/Xbox Series X, then that's a different matter. But promising a release 3 years ago, when next-gen consoles didn't even exist, and being completely silent about it for such a large amount of time... This is just absurd, it's straight up false advertisement, especially with that partner program giveaway. Bans wise, that's straight up censoring. Can't stand these NWI folks anymore if I'm being honest. Once you go that path, you never comeback from it. Cheers for the comment mate :)
I do not even play on pc anymore player count is just to low a lot of days it needs the console's to help get player counts up ! Even if just ps5 a xbox s s/x 5 mil ps5 's sold maybe 2.5 mil xbox's sold so could get a quiet a few console players they could easily double the dam dally player count !
You are right mate, if they released Sandstorm on the consoles when it was promised, I would've been an immense success, bringing a ton of community support, and monetary gains. Now though, it will be hindered, since the hype surrounding the title is basically gone with all of these lies, delays, and broken updates. Still, they can make some decent numbers on it, so I fully agree on your statement. Cheers for the comment :)
Player count is not at all too low...
@@LegeFles It is low mate. Back during the serious updates like Nightfall, it had a solid playerbase of about 6000+ people. Updates brought back people, but at points Sandstorm fell behind to even Insurgency 2014.

Apart from the graphics I don't see where hardcore actually is in Insurgency.
Hmmm maybe you're a bit blind then.
The game is semi-hardcore indeed, but what's not realistic is the shooting mechanics. Those are straight up from casual shooters like Call of Duty. Skins as well are a part of casual trash, a thing nobody asked for. But other mechanics are decent.
Are you aware that saber interactive is handling the console port?
I've stated in the video that Saber Interactive is responsible for the console port, but that doesn't excuse NWI and Saber from updating the community on development status. Since the deal with Embracer Group, only 5 lines of words have been provided in the news about this edition, and that was at the bottom of development diary. 3 years of development for a few words on the porting situation? What a joke

@@skizoothagod6798 The developers are not that bad, since they at least try to push some new content out, despite them breaking this game everytime. This is no Battlefield V where they simply dump the product and mind their day afterwards. Yet, those community relations fellas, and the console community scams are absolute trash, couldn't be silent on this obvious fakery that still goes to this day. Always there to support you mates, I wanted to buy this for my PS4 Pro, but I got a bucked of lies poured on me, what a joke are these marketing tactics. If they fail that rumored 2021 announcement, I'm going to rip them apart in a rant once again.
My pc wasn't good but insurgency 2014 was one my most played games on it and one my favorite military shooters, when they announced insurgency sandstorm for consoles i was happy, i could finally play it but after how the pc version of the game suffered alot of problems and how badly they treated the community, especially the console players with the delays and horrble communication i just gave up no gameplay or even a screenshot to proof that the game is in development for consoles.
We share the same story mate. Sandstorm on launch was really bad, and after each broken update, I just gave up on the Console version. It's more or less kept alive by community today. Yet NWI must be called out for all these years of community ignorance, I had enough of these lies and fake promises. This will haunt them with next game releases. Thank you for the comment :)

You could just buy the base version and not get the great editions, just saying
A new arma game is being developed for console and should be coming out this year
Arma is not my cup of tea, but it will be really interesting to see a hardcore shooter on the consoles. Cheers for the comment mate :)

Seriously baffling to see people still having problems with refunds. Glad that some of them succeeded, but people like you are left in the dust. NWI's silence tactics are absolute trash, that's why I made this video calling them out for not helping it's community with problems like this. Sad to hear that mate, I hope it will get resolved eventually :\

Gotta love when people defend devs incompetence, bohemia interactive managed to make dayz run on ps4, insurgency maps compared to the dayz maps are like cod maps, there's no excuse
The reason they haven’t released it is because they don’t want to give console gaming side of things an unplayable game
Still mate, that doesn't warrant them delaying the game 3 years in a row, banning people for asking questions about this edition, and ignore the lost refunds situation. The silence about this topic from developers is really shady, and was brought up numerous times by community. This kind of treatment of your customers is unacceptable.
@@ChrisTGamingZone getting a refund on Xbox or ps has nothing to do with NWI...it’s Microsoft or Sony you need to contact if you didn’t get a refund.
