I may have missed it but I do not see the ammo posted for recommended break in period. Also are there larger capacity mags that are compatible with this firearm? Thanks, loved the video.
Sorry, in my haste to publish I forgot. It requires 12 gauge 3 inch game loads for the break in. That is not the official break in, just my experience with it. As for mags, I am working on that...for another video with action shots. Thanks for the positive feedback!
Four months later what do you think of the KRX ? How many shells down range, how are the internals holding up, will it cycle cheap birdshot like Walmart Federal bulk box... were you able to fix the gap issue..... I'm researching... would you buy it again or recommend it to others ? Thanks for your time spent in responding...
@@IntegrityArmoryIdaho Update: I figured it out!. What seems to work best for me, is to lay the weapon flat, and then pay close attention to getting the key way lined up. FYI.
The grains on a box of ammunition refers to the weight of the projectiles. Shotgun shells can be a bit different as they can show loads in oz rather than grains.
I know this is an older video but do you know how to tighten the stock? For some reason it started becoming lose recently and I don't know how to tighten it up or what tools to use for it
Integrity Armory I worked it hard trying all the things you did . I shot 100 rounds through it before trying to take it down. Pushed button pulled down tab. Held spring back. Nothing. Like it's welded togethrr
Can you email me some pictures of it to michael@integrityarmory.com? The best detail the better. I will take a look at them and see if I can come up with a plan of action.
Bought it at buds a week ago they are sending me a shipping label because TriStar is not paying for any shipping charges at all . No more TriStar for me
Excellent learning .. one question which parts need to be lubricated, please?
As with any firearm, the owners manual is the best place to look for particular lubrication information.
Im stoked . I live in NM . Got the desert color FDE. Coming soon. INTEGRITY you think 495 was a fair price for the weapon ?
Yeah, $495 is a good price
6 years later and I paid 470 for mine so I’d say you got a fair deal
I've seen them for about $250 now... six years later... Oct. 2024

Integrity Armory Thanks! I subscribed!
i put 100 rounds of 2 3/4 heavy game load through mine and had only 2 jam ups. now for a good cleaning and thanx to this vid,, plenty of lube.
My lower receiver and upper reciever are a little loose. About a 1/8 inch of movement. Any idea how that would tighten?

How you clean and service the pistol mechanism? It doesn't seem to be able to be disassembled. It looks like it is solid.
I suggest watching the disassembly video. That shows the disassembly according to the factory recommendation.
Great breakdown!!
Hoping this configuration is the same as the Asena SA shotgun
I can not find an Asena SA shotgun for sale. Thanks for the kind words.
Thank You!
You're welcome!
What is your favorite lubricant? So many choices and it’s way too easy to toss away cash on the maintenance components.
I use a few different types. I like Hoppes #9 in a bulk bottle at home and Remington oil in an aerosol can in my range bag.
Thanks for the video. I'm having trouble getting the charging handle removed. There's not much help in the manual. Any advice would be appreciated.
I will take a look. I have a few questions adding up for the shotgun, so I will make a video showing it and post the link here soon.
@@IntegrityArmoryIdaho Thanks again.

Question I own this shotgun love it! But what kind of lubricant does it need or what do you perfer?
I have used Remington gun oil and Hoppes.
i didnt see the ammo types at the bottom of the screen. not viewing via the website
I suggest heavier loads, something other than target loads, to break it in.
@@michaelwillettidaho im a complete noob. Is that what grain means?

I will look into it and get back to you tomorrow.
MY BARREL IS FROZEN INTO THE RECIEVER DID YOU HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING YOURS OUT FITST TIME . ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Did you pull the tab down, then pull the bolt slightly to the rear? It was difficult the first time, until I got the tab moved.

good information
Bought it at buds a week ago they are sending me a shipping label because TriStar is not paying for any shipping charges at all . No more TriStar for me
Unfortunately Tristar is not known for their customer service, quality, or quality control...sorry to hear you got a bum deal
My barrel is stuck in the receiver. Only fired around 40 rounds through it. What a disappointment.
You may have to pull the bolt back a bit to remove the barrel.
Dude if you have to be one be a big red one.
Great carbine
