@@EOE808 got it on black Friday, did not regret buying it. Great mixing tool tool. Have a feeling that online tutorials don't give enough justice of how good actually is for mixing work.
Yes! This is great. It would also be really useful for applying swing to delay lines where it's not an option in the plug-in. I'll definitely be trying that.
Messing around with the demo and trying to apply it to vocals, the audio gets really garbled with a heavy stutter if I push the swing any further than how much you did in this video from the top. Is there a setting to render it out or anything? It seems like a really useful tool in concept, but if it can't produce clean sounding edits it's not very practical.
What if the loops in interest already have slightly different swing timing? This way duplicating an instance of TimeShaper to another tracks still won't give them the same swing right?
Ideally you want all input signals to have no swing applied, or the same swing, before adding TimeShaper. But if not, you could try adjusting the TimeShaper offsets differently for the different tracks.
You can automate Master Mix to bring effects in and out. Or to switch between effects, use automation or MIDI to switch between User Waves. Check out the ShaperBox PDF manual for full details 👍 www.cableguys.com/shaperbox-tutorials.html
To Update, I found that if I put it to1/4 instead of 1/8 it works, but with tons of artifacts making it unusable on the master channel. Ill try individual channels next but I do love this plugin either way!
Have a feeling this can be cpu heavy with it working in real-time, especially if you place a bunch of them. But yeah you can always bounce tracks if needed to free up space
ShaperBox has wound up being the best impulse purchase I've ever made. This is a great tip.
That's awesome to hear! 😁👍
I managed to get their distortion plugin for free, think I'm soon gonna own whole bundle 😅😁
@@DaveChips it just makes sense
