This act is PAZAZZ a.k.a. Steve Cox & Bhambi Dhami; British, but I don't know where they might be living/working now. This is a smart twist on two illusions, and I'm surprised not to have seen anyone else work it. I don't know where the clip may be from (a showreel?), but perhaps they'd have liked the routine to end this way (for artistic reasons, not comfort!) but did an upbeat ending in their normal acts.
