    Sangkhaya is a Thai dessert influenced by Portuguese cuisine, often enjoyed with sticky rice.     Pumpkin and egg custard are two things I have never thought about together, but this seems like it would be delightful. I'm not sure I could get my family on board with this for Thanksgiving, however, since they are not adventurous eaters.
