Cheers . I have a snap on scanner and managed to find this reset similarly to you. It was under the exact vehicle I had which was a 900c 2018 sandero, but the reset was in the intrusment display settings. Thanks for guiding me in the right direction 😂
Thanks for that video as mine is a 17 plate Sandero Stepway. A friend of mine plugged it into diagnostics and he said there was no fault showing in the car so I gathered it was a service light of sorts.
You are correct it is an electrical warning light but also if you do not have your car serviced within a few weeks of the spanner showing this light pops on, to make you go to the garage to get a service done. It is the only way to get it to turn off.
The modern day Lada Dave , I do a few , like you say the punters love them , they serve a purpose, 2nd class driving is better than 1st class walking 😎, great info on the service reset , cheers

I hit this issue around 3 months ago, tried several ways of resetting to no avail. But did get it in the end & thought stupid cars 🚗 🚗 Nice to have a reference though, thanks Dave 😉

Hi , my tyre pressure light came on a few weeks back , had checked straight away and didnt see any low tyre pressure, now this malfunction light has came on ...im assuming its due to me not having a diagnosis regarding tyre pressure...would it still be safe to drive?
On the end of the stalk is the button with three dots. Press this button to cycle through the menu till you get to tpms. Then hold the button in for a few seconds and it will reset
The Dacia User manual says that this orange warning light is an electric fault. Isn't it wise to find the fault rather than try to turn the warning light off or are you saying the warning light is reporting a fault that doesn't exist?
As stated in the video this is a service light and there is no fault. So there is no fault to find. It is why the light extinguishes with a service reset as shown. That is the point of this video.
Check the other pages in your manual, in the section that describes the service display it also mentions this light will illuminate when service is overdue

aye Mike, i personally quite like them-- weirdly. Does what it says on the tin, unpretentious kinda thing. Some of the 'big names' are no better

Good one Dave, some cars can be difficult the older Volvo V70 required Vadis or VOL-FCR to turn off the service light.

Never tried it with the autel. I know the launch does it so i used the launch
The set t p is to reset the t.p.m.s system after adjusting tyre pressures or renewing a tpms valve dave, great content on your videos 👍👍
