    The average American male (about 43 years old, 190 lbs) couldn't break 2 minutes for a lap (120 seconds)
    His 81 second lap, with hurdles, is actually pretty good for the average population.

    • @wchi8391
      @wchi8391 6 лет назад +24

      Except he isn't 43 years old. He is probably among the least athletic person in his age group except the morbidly obese ones

    • @teddybrimblecombe389

      yeah but his pace wouldve killed him had he tried to run the entire race that fast

      yogibear6363 2 minutes in ridiculous slow for a 43 year old!!! That's only an 8 minute mile pace

      5 hurdles and a water pit and he probably wasn’t going all out for a RUclips video, he could easily get into low 70 seventies maybe even 60s if he actually tried on a normal course.

      Rusty Fondleberg Regardless of her having a fast pb, she's full of it. A min & a half off? Thats taking negative splits to the extreme. I know fast 800m runners like Kyle Langford but he doesnt say he's aiming for a 46second split.
