Nah, they're both pretty dumb, because there's literally nothing in there to think with. The nervous system is primitive and all the information processing centres are mainly focused on keeping them moving in the right direction and hunting/feeding.

This is a real animal. Most other footage I see of this animal looks pretty similar, so I’m going to say that this is real footage.
It's definitely real. You can look up "venus girdle comb jelly" to verify yourself. They're super cool animals.
