I’ve been following you on tiktok for a while and just recently been watching your videos and man your videos legit have made me get in the gym consistently and hard. Ever since I was hit by a car last year I’ve basically missed out on 2-4 months of training and then recovering from two surgery’s and when I did recovery I would go 0-3 days a week and I’d go rpe 6 but these videos truly have helped man

Wasn’t having the best day today with legs, squats felt terrible. Decided to do your leg extensions into sissy squats and holy pump city. What was a bad leg day actually turned into a good one. Gotta remember sometime we have bad days but it’s what you make of it that counts. Stay grinding everyone.
same bro i was repping out 205 (which is bad for me) on squats and then at the end of my workout I maxed out the quad extension machine for the first time and got 8 and then did a set of 50 sissy squats. pump was unreal.

Currently trying to get back into bulking again after a longer period of not being able to because living conditions were hindering me alot. Friend of mine just managed to get a powerlifting competition going at the gym I work at in two months which is a huge motivation and your videos are coming at just the right time to support that. 2:21 experienced this for the first time switching gyms about a month ago. Never used to receive constructive criticism and support from other stronger lifters until then! It’s an aspect that definitely makes the lifting community interactive
Hey, I have a little bit of experience with quad tendinopathy, and a lot of it has to do with strengthening the muscles around the knee BESIDES the quad. Hard for a bodybuilder, I know. If the calves and tibialis muscle especially can help, but hamstring work at the same intensity as my squatting really helped me a lot, as well as taking an extra rest day for a month. Knee sleeves can help warm the area as well. Good luck man, i believe it's 100% possible to lift without pain! Currently doing so with intensity I thought wasn't possible! Good luck man, been loving the videos.

I’m a taller guy so have a bad habit of leaning forward on squats - gave the heel elevated squats a try for more quad activation. They’re no joke
