Seeing Saturn go from being part of an outstanding tag team in ECW to falling in love with a mop in the WWF is both interesting and sad to look back on. Malenko was one of the best in terms of wrestling skill, but sadly was never going to be a top star in the WWF due to his severe lack of charisma. Even at the time I thought it was kind of obvious that Benoit and Eddie were the two members of the stable that stood out the most.

I remember back in 2000 hearing about The Radicalz appearing on WWF for the first time and not thinking too much of it other than noticing a pattern on WCW guys switching over to the WWF. First was Big Show, then Jericho, then The Radicalz. Looking back, The Radicalz was a very significant yet underrated acquisition.

They were not meant to be a group. They should have been wrestling each other in a good promotion not WWF in 99. Tag teaming here and there maybe. Talking on the mic is what anyone can do, even William. He can use hell ya! Stick 2 middle fingers out, crush beer cans. Try chain wrestling where it looks almost real, and excites thousands. A bit harder to do. If 80% can't enjoy it, it's the overall drop of quality in the U.S. promotions and lot's of clowning instead. Much easier to do. No one needed to be talked into watching those 4 in better promotions... What WWF did to them those first days was just dumb though.

Dean was a multiple time lightweight champion who did as well as someone with his lack of charisma could have done in that company. Saturn's the only one who got a raw deal out of the move and a lot of that was self inflicted.
