I've just started my internship as a trainee in a hotel's pastry department. Lots of recipes i wanted to try my own. But most houses except from quite rich family in my country don't have built-in oven in their houses. Mine also. So, while saving up to buy my own portable oven, these kind of recipes without oven is what i need. Thanks, Anna! ^^
You might enjoy puddings, and creme caramels or flan or even candy making all delicious and no oven needed. Or also look into freezer pies, ice creams, sorbets etc.
I've just found your channel and I'm loving it. Thank you for all your hard work planning, filming and editing each and every video for your subscribers. You are professional and very relatable at the same time. I looking forward to watching your videos. Xx
Wow! Is that really it? I once made lollipops from a recipe I found online, but it hadn't had corn syrup in it and it didn't work out as I planned...Thanks so much for this recipe! You are very sweet to share your recipe.
I love your recipes. You explain clearly and presentation is awesome. I'm definitely going to try this lollipops and it would be my first time ever trying candy making. Keep making yummy deserts and we will always support you. Love you :)
Oh my goodness I absolutely love these Anna 😍 I’ve never seen this process before. Fantastic. When reducing the syrup, do you recommend a thick bottomed pot so that the syrup doesn’t burn ? because the heat is on high the whole time yes?
The icing sugar could be used for small hard candies by anyone that doesn't have silicone molds👀. Pop bottle lids, any small object really. I might have to try this!😊
wow they turned out beautiful. what interesting flavor combinations have you made? or suggest? last ones i made were...watermelon/grape...Raspberry/Lemonade...Strawberry/Banana/CreamCheese and Blueberry/Pineapple. i also put "Nerds" candy in bottom of my molds.

Hi ther
what difference doesnot having the corn starch syrap and any replacement ?? please and thanks for this
Anna, why can’t we use the juice(instead of water) for making the sugar syrup?
Would the process be the same with other juices? Like Raspberry or lemon?
they look so cute!
May I know was it the corn syrup that makes the lollipop harden when cool? What replace corn syrup with?
Wow, great recipe, any substitute for white corn syrup. I have corn starch. Thanks a lot
Do you need cornsirup or can you substitute it for something else?
So sweet
Can we still use the powdered sugar for other things like frosting?
Hi. Do you use just ordinary granulated sugar? If I use granulated sugar it turns brown when reaching the preferred heat.
