    If you couldn’t stop the Goliath completely just join it. 😂

      Right? I mean, I hope slice has some good marketing cause if you're in the know, you'd know you can buy a Goliath at 1/5 the price and get same if not better flow

      I think the goliath would outperform the prime if using the same configuration (1.4mm, PLAHF, 260C)

      Exactly. The goliath also is mounted on 3 points, which is definitely more stable.

    Most "industrial" AM uses either
    1. SLS, or
    2. FDM with specialized materials like PEEK and ULTEM, which require and ultra high chamber temp and slower print speed to maximize strength for its intended application. Not sure why a printer like that would need those flow rates

      I will hopefully be having more content posted over the coming days. Some of it will be more casual and some of it might be a little more formal. No more detailed interviews though :/

      The 4090s of hotends.

      That's 8 Goliaths! With about the same performance each

    • @gedeonang7077
      @gedeonang7077 Год назад

      Exactly. And the goliath as someone else said performs probably same/better for 1/7 the price. The goliath also is mounted on 3 points, which is definitely more stable.

    So the company that infamously sues the pants off anyone for using similar materials/styles for heat-break isolation, is now copying the core idea of a volcano hotend and charging 1k? 🔥

    why is it $1000?

    whyre you giving slice free press after they essentially put a massive block on hobbyist printers with their insane late capitalism patent abuse?
