Everytime I flash my drive it splits into several partitions. I tried using balena etcher instead but it did the same thing. I saw that I hadn't done the portable one, so I used it instead. Same thing. Except this time, I can't wipe it using diskpart cause when I put it in, it breaks ANY program that has to do with storage. If I try to quick format in file manager, it crashes.

Had to format the USB drive before using, and notices that I don't get FAT32 as a format option (for the USB drive in Windows) so I just assumed that exFAT works equally well. I noticed that Rufus displays large FAT32 as its default file system. UNFORTUNATELY I AM GETTING STUCK at the Kernel boot message and cannot boot into Chromium OS.

Followed every step, when running Chromium from the pendrive it runs fine, but only for 5 minutes because the fan starts running and the screen brigh turns low as the battery was dying and the OS turn off. Always the same over and over again.....

No question is a dumb question. Chromium wasn't installed on the HD, it is just running live from the USB, so just boot from your HD and not from the USB key and Windows will start.
I boot it from overseas from my 3.0 new pendrive. I am not able to connect to this live Chrome OS. Also I am not able to connect my mobile network to this live persistent Chrome OS.

Is it Bluetooth or it has a dongle? If BT, it might require configuration, if it has a dongle, it will work

The method I am showing here doesn't touch the partitions on your hard drive, it just installs Chromium on a USB key

It might be the time zone, in Chromium adjust it. To fix it in Windows, go to Settings, Time and Language and click Sync

No question is a dumb question. Chromium wasn't installed on the HD, it is just running live from the USB, so just boot from your HD and not from the USB key and Windows will start.
