Thanks, the instructions did not say to break up the dosage to twice a day. My bottle is labeled as "Take 4 capsules per day with 8fl. oz. of water". Since the new bottles say "2" capsules, Can I do the same with my bottle labeled MFG 11/2022? Thanks in advance.
Hi there, we recommend taking Bio Complete 3 as directed on the bottle. If you still have bottles of the older formula, please continue to take 4 capsules per day. Thanks to our new-and-improved fiber-encapsulated technology, we’ve now changed Bio Complete 3's serving size from 4 capsules to just 2 capsules. So instead of taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night, you can now conveniently take just 1 capsule twice a day - at whichever time works best and get the same 300 mg of Tributyrin! Plus, more probiotics and prebiotic fiber per serving.

Thanks for a simple answer. I got Biocomplete 3 from the USA and some friend got it to India. Till then I was taking Vi Bact DS that is a prebiotic and pro-biotic daily one for 30 days with a possible lectin free diet. I was getting a bit constipated but no effect on weight

I am a surgeon and got fascinated by your talk and passion, I am 72 years old and was putting on weight in spite of 10000steps and two meals a day diet. I am going to try it.I had stopped wheat log time back but Rice has too much of carbohydrates. I am trying to shift on a new vegetable in the your regime @@GundryMDYT
