- Soon it will be 2 years since we moved, a little over a year we live now in our forest home. We discover new things every day, seeing reindeer on the way to work, or in the forest. Harvesting Forest medicine, and just enjoying life with our dogs!

You are as beautiful as all that surrounds you.....the snow, the trees, the reindeers, and your cooking of bread.
After living in a big city for 28 years my longing for nature and silence is growing.
I cherish the moments in the city when its no sound at all, no cars, construction, planes, people etc etc. Those moments are the most happy and peaceful, living in a big city you get used to the noise. When those noises goes away all you can hear is what i believe is exactly what we are suppose to hear, Nature.
Cars, construction, planes are not sounds that are nice and calming, nature for sure is.
Aaaah that silence is amazing (remembering soundless walks in the woods).
Yess i think we dont talk about noise polution as much as we should, but it is definatly a big issue which overtrickers our nervoussystem! Ohh that silence of the wind through the trees, the birds, the wispering of the leafs that touch the ground. It is almost a calming orchestra🌲❤️

My wife Marina and I (Pio), we are from North of Italy, she is from Veneto and I from Friûl, we emigrate to the patagonian estepa at Neuquen city, but the Andes are near 200km, we have a house at the Chilenean side 402 km door to door, the forest is like yours but isn't too cold like you and we have 8 hours of lights in winters, now the borders are close because the pandemia. We hope with ansius the vaccine, I'm a Pathologist and my wife is Technicians in Pathology, we work together, we will continuos seeing you.

Ah the boys hunting game is adorable, they're so lucky they have you, such loveable creatures. I smiled so much through that. The snow in your place is just magical and so peaceful and to add more magic you have deers. Beautiful. We have raindeer too, they hide out in the gorse bushes in my dad's fields and graze all day till night comes and they would then return safely home up the mountains in the bog lands, marsh lands to avoid the hunters. They're so smart. I told my friends and relatives about your channel, how beautiful you are and your way of life, how hard you work and how connected you are mentally to peace and earth. They live wild but are ”owned” by the sami, they track the reindeer and take care of them.

When I still was in America we also had deer everywhere and I use zo always tell people drive slow...even at the age of 18 they said I drive loke a grandpa haha...wonderful day routine so happy for you ....really living a dream...cant wait to see what the pine needles are for ✌😀

The pine needles are dried and then laid in warm to boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, they are high in vitamine c, good against problems in the airways, clear the airways of mucous, reduces cough, can help against rheumatism.

Also a good source of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, and iron. Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women though. Pine needles are also thought to have magical properties and are burnt like sage to clear negativity and are also used in home and personal protection spells.

I owned a Swedish "jamthund" (moosehound?) back in the 1970s. It looks a lot like one of your dogs. He was a wild one - much less chill than your dogs, but maybe not as peaceful a home...
