You can hot spot your mobile device and you will be able to do the software update. This solved my problem after countless times on the phone with TELUS. After updating my software to "Sequoia 15" all issues are resolved.
None of these worked for me bc VPN is not on my Macbook Pro. All my other devices are connected to the internet w/o problems. This Macbook used to connect to the internet before I updated Sonoma 14.5. What can I do now?
Thank you!! You helped me to solve my wifi problem after updating to sonoma. I couldn't enable the wifi button, it was grey and didn't work. After deleting the plist documents it worked 🤩 i could have saved 2 hours on the phone with apple support (they had nooooo clue). Thank you 🙏🏼
