@ZQPPS Yeah, I wish they at least allowed them to finish up the story in the form of a comic adaptation. They actually have some fun tie-in comics, and with Chris Yost having written them, it actually feels like they are ripped right out of the show.
@@DavidMartinez-ce3lp Yeah and I didn’t watch the show when it came out cause I was too young but once I watched it on Disney + in 2021 I’ve rewatched the show atleast 4 times now the ending always makes me angry how the mcu ruined a comic depicted show just to tie in with the mcu
I found it hilarious how Marvel wanted to end the House of X era to (mostly) have X-Men 97 synergy. Then X-Men 97 adapts elements of House of X. So it was all for nothing. It would be even funnier if House of X is adapted in live-action.
Personally for me I think marvel needs to stop trying to emulate the movies and say i don’t know tell good stories like ultimate Spider-Man and immortal Thor and hulk and Superman and green lantern are doing right now especially with x-men 97 being a complete success at least in my opinion.
If Tom Brevort ever decides to Retire the X-men might be on track for a better future but I honestly don't know how Spider-Man is going to be fixed. It seems like there's just culture that promotes stagnation for the peter and his supporting cast and I'm afraid that Miles might eventually get this treatment as well
A couple of examples of the MCU ruining other Marvel media Earths Mightiest Heroes getting cancelled Marvel turning the new Marvel vs Capcom game into a MCU commercial Nick Fury havin a black son without an eye lol instead of just teleporting Ultimate Nick Fury to the 616 they just made an 4ss pull of Nick having a son lookimg like samuel javkson for some reason lol
That's why I worry cuz lately i've been binge watching Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes and I really want a third season but at the same time if they do, I worry they will change stuff to make it line up with the MCU
I’m worried if Spider-Man ‘94 ever gets a continuation, it’ll continue where that show left off on but adapt the current run of ASM comics. Peter finds MJ after going through the first animated Spider-Verse event, then BAM Paul is introduced.
The problem with American comics now is that writers and editors are trying to make the superheroes as close to real life as possible. It’s a dumb move and shows that creators don’t understand fictional stories and that superheroes are supposed to be aspirational characters for us real people to strive to become like. Not the other way around
I think Zeb Wells lied about making Ms. Marvel a thing in the comics because Kevin Feigie came out and said that he did not tell Zeb to do any such thing.
The problem with the synergy is it's not 2 ways. Where's the M c u ads for the comic books. Before the movie even starts. It's terrible not to mention the absolute mess of handling. If activists writers weren't ruining the characters. Corporate mandates completely screwed up years of developments
Thing is.... this isn't a new thing. But... the difference that makes it so much worse now... is that they're doing massive retcons to force things to fit together. Livewire? Harley Quinn? Those are DCAU characters that got pulled into the books. BUT... that was YEARS later. The comic versions aren't setup to be the same. It was a reaction to fans liking those characters. It wasn't planned when they debuted them. This seems like a minor thing, but.. the difference is the old ones were reacting to fan reactions, IE "fans liked this". But modern synergy is trying to tell fans what they're allowed to like. They're planning marketing... before finding out if fans actually want the product.
As a Genis-Vell fan and what they're doing to him in the new Captain Marvel run... Yeah. He very much in other series felt like a bisexual character who is only now getting recognized for it but is now being fridged to promote one of the worst marvel movies financially. Thanks Marvel.
@conradojavier7547 To be fair Kamala khan Could work they just have to stop Giving her to bad writers. And most important Make her her own Mythos by herself. And when it comes into sony in spider man they know they don't need marvel. practically be inpossible because they were just refused.
The canceling of Avengers: Earth's mightiest to capitalize on the MCU with an inferior in Avengers Assemble is truly a tragedy.
I miss that cartoon…
@daikaijutony3534 me too. Such a shame. Although, I did recently buy Season 1 on blu ray. So I'm happy I have it in my collection.
The fact that it left on such a cliffhanger for season 3 and that it will never be continued all for AA which was a horrible show makes me so mad

Synergy is definitely something that’s damaging comics for far worse.
Yes

And they wonder why manga is getting more popular than western comics...
Well the opposite of what this guy wants is what manga does........Its the opposite of North american progressivism
Getting?
Manga blew past Western comics the second DBZ hit.

Oh you don't need to worry, it won't get a third season.

Weirdly enough I’m more inclined to believe in the guy with the hat than the one who’s repeating story arcs.
@@daikaijutony3534 yea same here. I have no trust in Zeb Wells.

But yes i agree. Synergy and the MCU always been a bad thing for comics.
Krakoa is the worst era of X-Men. Glad is finally over!

People are going to be mad That miss marvel died hahaha is that way she has canceled books hahah
If I were a Marvel Executive, I'd Retire Kamala Kahn as a Superheroine, & negociate with Sony to Buy back the Spider-Man Rights Back.

She should’ve been a mutant from the start tbh.
Daredevil is the only worth title reading as always.
