There's no typo. And OP misrepresented the card; You can activate it whenever you add a card from face-up Extra Deck, Banished, GY, Main Deck, or Field to the hand. It's crazy. It only excludes drawing, though. Amazing card, but you have to build the deck around it to pop off, otherwise, the deck is absolutely unplayable. That LINK-1 is its choke point, strength, and weakness. I am hoping for Genex to get future support to build on the standard that Repair established. And no, the deck is not at all viable, it's low tier rogue at best. The board it can make, when protected or uninterrupted, is great though.
If these are the five most powerful cards in the set, that’s kinda really sad. Phantom of Yubel at least makes Yubel a viable package for fiend decks, but the rest can be summed up as “this card is broken but it’s still just *insert archetype*”. Blue Eyes really didn’t need another boss monster, Genex really does need a boss monster as well as insulation from negates and retrains of all of their monsters, ice barrier may not need a boss monster but it certainly needs a lot, and infernoid just has a need. Legacy support really needs to either be reworks or a whole new suit of cards, it can’t just be one or two cards that are broken, because that doesn’t actually fix any deck.

Almost every link-1 is broken. So true. 9 times out of 10 of its link-1 it's got a bonkers effect.
