I love this radio! I paired it with the DeWalt Bluetooth adapter and works great! 4 AMP hour lasts 8 hours plus of non stop use. Great for a small - med jobsite, garage, backyard, or just chilling in a park! I recommend this radio.
I was thinking about doing the same thing but getting like a $10 adapter off Amazon instead of a $40 dewalt
Great! I just found one of these in the middle of the road and didn't even have to get out of my truck to grab it, so the price was right!
For the early 80's throwback, make sure you get in some Journey and Boston. 👍
Haha damn right E30!
That radio is ANCIENT! Even the ryobi basic radio has has bluetooth. Milwaukee needs to update their stereo.
The video is doing no justice test sound of this radio it is so loud and clear I've never plugged my radio in yet because I've always used the M18 5 hour battery it will last for days the only thing I wish it had was a few more presets but besides that one of the best sounding radios out there and my brothers Got the Moves😎🤘👊
Yeah bro, it's hard to get a good audio test for radios. It definitely sounds much better in real life
I love mine I can jam all day long 8hrs on 1 battery. Built like a tank to.
THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST🙏✝️ AMEN✝️🙏
Spammers go to hell.
Love how big the battery area is for your hands thats nice
Yeah its awesome bro
0:45 seconds in...done! No Bluetooth in this day and age of Wi-Fi and cellular service? Try again, Milwaukee. Smh. 🤦♂️
🍻🍺🍔
My Makita sub compact Bluetooth speaker was $99. I think it's more than that nowadays, but still....
Pretty sure this an older design also. If you look at all the radios released in the last year, they all have BT.
Yeah thats rights Mr Cheap, they have other models with BT
@@carterhall2653 this video wasn't about "other models"
On a lighter note, nice dance moves and riding helmet! 🤣🤣🤣thanks TRZ, and God bless! 😁👍
Thise dance move are 100% grade A awesome lol
The Rigid 18V Cordless Bluetooth Radio is also on a HD special red, white, and blue special at $89 (50% off) complete with charger and 1.5 aH battery. I know. You are still sad about losing your buddy. LOL! Nice video, brother!
Haha, still sad about that Grand 😢. That's an awesome deal for the ridgid bro
the timing wow, I was thinking “I am wandering if the battery will get charged” and the you said it 😂
we own one and we love it, I use it daily almost
Awesome, thanks for the feedback bro👊
I ordered the packout radio from Acme for $279 last week. Smeesh that like button!!! 👀👉🏽 👍🏽
That freaking PACKOUT radionis awesome. Thanks for the SMEESH BRO!!!
💪🏽✊🏽👍🏽🤟🏽🤙🏽✌🏽
Hi TRZ,
Well, this radio is pretty good. It just doesn't charge batteries but i can plug it in to a outlet and run it on a battery. I really don't care if it chargers a battery. I have few rapid charger so it will probably charge faster then a radio anyway. I also have the dewalt Bluetooth accessory and it works great. Remember this is a older style. You are right this radio is pretty heavy.
Would be nice to see a compact m18 one speaker radio like dewalt. Really, we don't need a large radio when you can put all the features in one compact boom box. Now people are not listening to radio channels. All their music is from their phone. So again why need a large radio. The days of 8 tracks, double tape decks or CD are gone, LOL...
Thanks for the video...
Always with the awesome feedback brother lol👊👊👊
Great video Clint @ToolReviewZone
I am a member now bro i like the radio my bosch powerbox has Bluetooth and charges batteries but its heavy is I'm sure you seen the promotional videos it being thrown sometimes simplicity is all you need would have been nice if they included charging for Milwaukee fans
Awesome TC, I'll make sure to give you a shout out my dude!!!! I agree also that sometimes simple is better brother 👊👊👊
@@ToolReviewZone I still got my old DeWalt radio I just don't use it anymore my father in-law has it I think that one charged Nicad batteries but is a hybrid so it's like the Milwaukee for him and has a aux input
TRZ finally got his radio! I've seen and heard this radio, and I can attest, this is a nice radio and sounds really good! It is a shame that it doesn't have Bluetooth or charging capabilities though.
Haha, I just put the new Milwaukee m12 bluetooth radio today Michael. IT'S MY NEW BABY!!!!
can you use a USB stick with downloaded songs on it in this USB port? and how does it work
Man TRZ, you play guitar and you've got the dance moves. What about using a Bluetooth module?
Haha, the dance moves are what I am most proud of bro lol
I just put a Bluetooth receiver from Logitech in it it's a USB powered
Can you connect a usb with music in the usb port?
if you have an iphone with no aux plug in or 3.5 plug in you can get something that goes from aux to bluetooth
I have a $12 monster Bluetooth adapter. Works great.
I find it doesn't always get good FM signal but I just turn on pandora and put it through the aux😎
Excellent video! For whatever reason I never noticed that it didn’t have Bluetooth until you mentioned it. That is a deal breaker for me since I need to have my phone on me at all times. The search continues.
Milwaukee is releasing the all new m12 radio. I'll have it up for review this week brother 👊
There are BT receivers in today's world. Why not buy one of those and plug it into the aux slot and your set for Bluetooth 😁👍
I'ma try it👊
Brilliant IDEA lol was deciding between this and the other m18/m12 radio with Bluetooth but no radio
Nice Review Broski
Thanks Antonio!!!
A nice job site radio for $99. The controls seem easy to use and the screen is very easy to see. Cord or battery is awesome. Sounds pretty good but those dance moves or excellent.
Hahaha, dancing with the stars, HERE I COME JOHN!!!!
@@ToolReviewZone you got my vote
Haha, thanks brother 👊👊
🍻🍺
Can you connect the jbl boom box to this with the aux cord ?
How does this compare to the m12/m18 speaker sound wise?
Milwaukee vid yay
🍻🍺
So, if someone gonna steal your radio, he'll get a free phone with it?
For the price of 149,97 with no Bluetooth and the size I would have to think about it and alternatives in that price range. I do like dual power option though.
Haha, I would hate for the thieves to feel ripped off, so I will understand if they take the phone too lol
@@ToolReviewZone Once they would found out there is no bluetooth, they would return the radio, but kept the phone.
My Craftsman VersaStack radio blows this out of the park!
Going to order one.
Will it take a 18V dewalt ?
Great job
Wait… what’d you say? 00:26
Just bought it won't play on battery.
Used my phone equalizer to adjust the sound per Bluetooth device.
Lol, ooh no bluetooth, dam....
Mines never worked properly, sometimes won’t turn on, when it does it’s stuck on same station and no buttons do anything. Waste of money
Just get a Bluetooth receiver and boom you have Bluetooth
No Bluetooth ?
BEWARE! This Milwaukee M18 radio will stop working without any warning and CANNOT BE REPAIRED at the Authorized Milwaukee Repair Shop.
Short term use, Throw Away radio as reviewed by other Milwaukee users. Don’t waste your money on this or the M12 Bluetooth speaker.
Both are NOT REPLACEABLE after warranty expires.
What are the triple A batteries for?
To keep the clock and settings running when the Milwaukee battery dies
@@ToolReviewZone thank you so much
Bluetooth is nice but man does it drain the battery, nothing better than a hardline.
FM signal sucks 95% of any and all times I attempt playing mine. No matter location I’m lucky to get 1 maybe 2 clear stations. Never stations I’m wanting.
From #TTIGROUP
Just buy a blue tooth adapter get wrecked best one to buy
this can be cured with a $10 amazon bluetooth dongle since the aux and bluetooth power are right beside each other. but the fact you have to do this? a bit of a joke. Come on. should have wireless charging and bluetooth.
It's an older radio, but I did buy one of those bluetooth devices and did a video on it. Works great 👊
Tool Review Zone yeah just the fact it’s still being produced and sold, was part of a Milwaukee promotion at Home Depot. Really surprised they’d be promoting something that should be updated or clearanced and discontinued.
🍻🍺🍔
Reception sucks
I got it for free so it's okay
Terrible fm reception
This radio sucks! Worst reception in the world, completely un-usable
This thing is JUNK.
Crikey! so much moaning!, if it had an engine y'all would want a turbo. Your tradies not DJ's! back to work!
Worse radio ever. I love Milwaukee tools, but their radios suck. Terrible FM reception, need batteries for the clock, not loud at all, and no Bluetooth?? The DeWalt radio that’s $10 more dollars blows this one off the table. Trust me, I have both and this one is going back to HD.
Milwaukee blew it big time! Trash! No Bluetooth! Won’t charge batteries?
Bad radio .I have it. The USB port generates noise through the audio jack and causes interference and the fm reception is very poor .it's useless.Does not charge the battery and you have to add batteries for memory Stupid ITT garbage design
It’s junk
