Just to be sure, no windows are in full screen? Just resize the window up to the maximum size but do not full-screen them, then kindly try it again

@@boonbox.1212 yes force quit apps and finder ,and shutdown (don't restart it won't work), perfect fine know ,for one work got hampered( main reason is ram management , those apps are inactive)
