I LOVED THIS RACHEL! I love how you're making a conscious effort to create some new habits - trust me i need some motivation. I can completely relate to the stress of uni - i'm over it too and at times it become WAYYY too much. But i loved this vid - and those earrings in the last clips! Keep up the good work! :)
I totally agree cause I started going to the gym a little after January began and I've been consistent with at least 3 times weekly but now I'm upping it to 4 times because I'll have my first 5k in July.
I am happy you are feeling you are off balance so that you can listen to your body, that is often the hardest part. It's very wise of you to listen to your body and it's signal. I keep being mesmerized by all your beautiful decor and your awesome taste!

I used to live getting up at 5am and loved the challenges at work but now I just feel like I’ve lost all motivation and interest/passion. Why is Kmart so much cooler in Australia than the US? You should check out TurboTax. Idk if it works in Australia, but in the US the frees version covers just about everything. Plus, it’s super easy.
Loved seeing the inside of K Mart. Wish you could see how horrible K Marts in the US are. Total Neglect..dirty floors.. horrible entry ways.. I don't understand. Was Australia smart enough to keep Walmart out..? Walmart is THE monopoly...no class cheap stuff. Good luck with Uni! You got this!

Can I ask what sort of standard does your sewing have to be to do this course? I’m looking at starting one next year but I’m just a step or two above basic sewing, I can make very easy garments from bought patterns but not sure if I need to do a sewing course first.
Can you please NEVER film with audio in that room where you were working withe the red fabric again? There was some sort of high pitched electronic shrieking over that section that hurt my ears so much it gave me a stomachache 😖
