Don't judge a good guitarist by how fast they can play. You judge a guitarist by the way they express themselves through music. The solos that Syn makes are absolutely perfect and fit so well with the song and the emotion that it makes him on of the best.
The solo on I Won't See You Tonight Part 2 absolutely sounds like how fast you can play notes. At the same time though completely make sense as it's how people feel about loved ones who take their own lives - chaos, anger, confusion.
Second Heartbeat has a ridiculously fast solo. Still, you're right. Syn is fantastic at capturing the emotion of the song and putting it into sound. Never misses. I stopped following after Hail To The King but I'd wager he's still doing his thing.

Easily waking the fallen has one of my favorite intro and ending songs
I'm often deprest and this song makes me happy when I need it so much. Thats why i'm happy that some people post this song so everyone (who like it) can listen to it :). And for the one who don't know who Jimmy Sullivan (REV) was, He was the best drummer over the whole world (In my eyes)
Best fucking metal album ever! So underrated, I love every song on this album. Waking the fallen is a masterpiece!
this song makes me tear up for some reason lol
***** Amen
*****
You're right, live life the fullest just like how Jimmy did :(
***** My love to A7X is one of the few things I know will never end.
***** I've seen you in the comments section of almost every Waking The Fallen song XD
This song is a sad song but the melody really does it for me
synyster gates iconic wailing guitar tone, like the screaming of the demons of hell, makes the sound.
Metal is the soundtrack to my life
Wow bruh, that’s so fucking edgy
@@parkermartin5799 still is I listen to it a lot whenever I'm let's say at the gym or at school. Idk what's so edgy about something being the soundtrack of your life would you say the same thing if I said rap was the soundtrack to my life? You're here I'm assuming you like metal too.
@@comically_large_chungus Your right, I do like metal, listening to metal isn’t edgy, idk, something about the way you worded it just sounded edgy
@@parkermartin5799 it was cringe sure but not edgy
@@comically_large_chungus Cringe, Edgy, same thing
The breakdown at 3 minutes whatever gets me EVERY DAMN TIME. And syns melody during the chorus 🤌 used to listen to this song every day on the way to school
2:10 i need a female cover of this on the harp. Perfect lullaby
chorus with matt's voice mixed with the sick synyster solo in the bg = eargasm.
the end part of this song is SOO disturbing!!
Ikr? I hate how it ruins the whole song
yeah, like "everything ending" haha well said
yeah, but it fits very well with the theme of the song
It makes me think that the lovers drunk something thats slowly killing him and he died when the song turned to black. While yes music wise its jarring but contextually I love it
xHeavenHelpUsAll7771x ruins? That is blasphemous, one of my favorite solos
this album is so amazing, the title sums up its awsomeness And All Things Will End
That solo 🤘🏼
best solo by syn in waking the fallen
