The solo on I Won't See You Tonight Part 2 absolutely sounds like how fast you can play notes. At the same time though completely make sense as it's how people feel about loved ones who take their own lives - chaos, anger, confusion.
Second Heartbeat has a ridiculously fast solo. Still, you're right. Syn is fantastic at capturing the emotion of the song and putting it into sound. Never misses. I stopped following after Hail To The King but I'd wager he's still doing his thing.

Avenged Sevenfold's crowning jewel...Waking the Fallen. This album still hits me as deep as it did the first time I heard it on its release day. It really doesnt get much better than this. Big words from someone who listens to just about everything. Calls it how i sees it.

The most impressive thing about this song is the closing solo where it's out of key on purpose but it still sounds like it belongs. not this song, but the entire album, is a fucking masterpiece, people don't realise that this was brought out to the public in 2003. Its downright a historical piece of art, in comparison to the wave of other bands doing the same type of genre. Avenged sevonfold needs to go down in the history books.

this isn`t hopeless. this is very hopefull even. they have Avenged Sevenfold, that`s the hope that can get. there is always good music
not this song, but the entire album, is a fucking masterpiece, people don't realise that this was brought out to the public in 2003. Its downright a historical piece of art, in comparison to the wave of other bands doing the same type of genre. Avenged sevonfold needs to go down in the history books.
I seriously think this is the coolest song they made. The solo at the end was awesome.
