The property can get handed down but they can relinquish rights. So if they don't want to deal with it or can't they relinquish there rights and then it's left until the council claim it
The house is currently in legal proceedings and this physco illegally entered a currently taxed and registered property. I politely messaged her to tell her the owner isn’t dead (I’m related to the owner) she messages back abuse and said I was a liar then, publicly posted my address to her discord so people would come and threaten me. She’s fucking tapped
