Stupid Televator and that cough would be unacceptable to me, due to how it constricts that footpath during travel. If the Televator has to stay then could you do two loose chairs there instead of the couch?

Flush cook top, two large drawers.

One feature Class A's have that I'd like to see in the Super C's is a pull-out island (actually peninsula). Out of the way in transport mode, but very useful space when in camp.

In the kitchen, 3 drawers would be better if sized correctly. The top drawer is usually silverware and sppices, which only needs to be 4" deep. Middle drawers can be a little deeper, maybe 10" and the bottom drawer about 14" assuming 36" high cabinets minus 4" for the toe kick and another4" for between drawer spacing.

My suggestion would be to remove the washer and dryer doors. I personally can't stand louvered ? doors . I really enjoy these videos and quit hiding the camera girl !

    Hi Darin
We are FT in a 5th wheel. Have been shopping around and have a few suggestions
Have you seen the Newmar cooktop? It is flush mounted and can be removed and used outside.
Some class A's have a pull out cabinet that makes for additional counter top area.
Would be nice to have some sort of computer work space, look at Storyteller vans, they have a swing arm table top. My thoughts are, could you turn one of the cab seats and have a swing arm work top? Also speaking of work space, some sort of file cabinet would be great.
On rhe washer dryer doors could they open up and then slide back along each side of the machines? That way they are out of the way and only used as needed.
Lastly, let's get rid of any carpet.

Another great video. Love hearing your future “ideas” and some of the options y’all offer beyond the standard Renegade build sheet.
You mentioned the XL is growing on you. For the bunk models, XL 45BBC vs Classic 45CBF, aside from the cabover bunk, which is your favorite these days?

There still needs to be a splash guard by the stove top so possible grease will not easily get on the couch when in this configuration.

How about hinged range top covers? Hinged in the back obviously and then they function as additional backsplash

Darrin,is that as flush as the slides go in,thats the only drawback I see to the Renegade line.

I see the simple slides as a bonus, more moving parts is not necessarily better.

As a full-time RVer in our Verona, my suggestions would be to redesign the W/D doors to remove the louvers, as they are just dust collectors. I also agree with the idea about a pull out cabinet. And, I would really like to see a redesign of the main door. Some way to make the door able to open more than 90°, and/or put a sliding window of some kind into the door itself so you can still get ventilation while the door is shut.

Nobody has had an Atari system since the mid 90s but i would definitely hookup my PS5 to those tvs, mostly the in the front room, great decor and tv placement with the theater seating in this floorplan.

I have an older basic 31ft class C on the E450 chassis, which I hate. One thing I do like though is that my awning is on the side of the RV and when extended can actually be adjusted lower, manually and hence actually works in rainy conditions. These Super C's are so big and the awnings mounted up so high that I wonder how "functional" they actually are. Any input?

Once again a great informative video. I loved the detail. I would order with a large drawer for the pots/pans under the stovetop. It's definitely a matter of preference, but I am ordering a new Coach with the stove recessed with the counter covers. When you are not cooking (which is most of the day) you have plenty of counter space. I usually only use one burner so I just remove the cover on the left and still have plenty of counter. I would also leave the small cabinets above the TV. That's where we put small stuff you need to have but don't know where to put it. We full time so our needs are different than most so we need/use every inch of space we can get. We are also ordering the picture window but would leave the cabinets above it. If you lose too many cabinets you might limit your resale audience. IMO

Broiler pot or pan is kind of irrelevant seeing as the rig doesn’t have an oven. I think one large kitchen drawer would be adequate. Thanks for the tour

Beautiful coach. Are you able to install strobe lights along the top rear of the coach for backing or emergencies? Still trying to win the lottery so I can get one of these from you. I'll give you a call once I do.

I'm not a huge fan of wood covers. Personally, I don't like wood as a cutting board material, I'd rather have plastic, which you can shove in the dishwasher to clean and disinfect. Oh, no dishwasher? That's a huge no!

  • @thebigdoghimself

The one thing that irks me is window valances.I hate them, they just look outdated. I personally like cabinets above the sofas. However, I hate that there is always a valence which always means the window is shorter. Just build the darn cabinet so that it acts as a valance and the blinds tuck behind it, it's not hard just means you have to be creative as to how to the cabinet is attached.

    • @Performancetx
      @Performancetx  7 месяцев назад +1

We agree, two fold. Cabinet and valance, problem solved! Maybe we can get that done for 2025. That would be my preference.

I really like that idea too to hide the shades behind the cabinets. Best of both worlds so you maximize BOTH storage and the view out of the window.
