  • I’ll show you how to bake delicious pork chops in the oven. You’ll love this quick and easy recipe. In an oven dish covered with foil, place your bone-in pork chops. Sprinkle some olive oil on the top of the chops. Then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and paprika. Do this to both sides of the meat.       @@AceSantiagodon’t use any kind of all purpose seasonings or get danos due to low sodium. If you really want to have good tasting food just add each seasoning one at a time and control how much salt is used. Steaks can be heavy salted depending on thickness

    Chops should also sit out at room temperature for 20 minutes to half hour before preparing. Makes for even cooking and juicier mean

    Try pan searing both sides of the chop first if you like that crispy texture on the outside

    No offense, you should probably do your dry ingredients before the olive oil … you just seasoning the oil . But looks good

      Always use a meat thermometer. There are many factors that contribute to cooking time. Play it safe!

      Use a meat thermometer to be safe. Don’t want to under or over cook it.

      ​@dinoram1983 No its not enough. 45 minutes at minimum unless his chops are a quarter inch thick. 20 minute cook time will guarantee you spend the night curled up by the toilet rather than in your bed 😅

      There are many variables. Use a meat thermometer.

      The thinner bone in porkchops are good in 20 or 30 minutes if it's at 350. I haven't baked any thicker cuts but I'd imagine its 45 to an hour

      That’s why I use a meat thermometer. It can be moist if you cook it just right. You just don’t want it to be under cooked.

      They will be steamed
