So, I noticed the reviews where the wirless charging didn't work with the case on was only on the Pixel 2 stand chargers. I have since purchased the case and NO issues with any of the wireless chargers I have. They are all from different companies too. 👍
@@mejaii It's kind of hard to explain but it's a matte, ever-so-slightly ribbed texture. You might even think it is fabric-like, but it is not the fabric material they have for the dark gray case. It is vinyl, I believe, based on the material description for the wallet that matches it.
Great video, this is the only video I can find for the peak design case and the pixel 9 phone. I am very curious to see how the raised camera bump for the new pixel 9 phones fits into this case. Does the case offer much of a lip to protect the camera. I would be very appreciative if you could take some close up photos and post a link here so I can see how the camera looks. Thanks so much. Also if you are not someone who uses the peak design mounts and stands, do you think that recessed SlimLink ring on the back will become annoying. It worries me.
@@paulflogeras2309 it's ever so slightly proud of the camera bump, just enough to keep the camera from scratching on a surface, but without adding an unnecessary bulk or interfering with light reflections.

I had a PD case on my Pixel 7 Pro for 2 years and the ring never bothered me in the slightest. What does bother me is the slightly thicker bottom bumper which interferes with some USB accessories like the Backbone device. Debating on get a PD case for my Pixel 9 Pro XL now.

@@paulflogeras2309 I have a clear MOUS case with magsafe since day one with the 9. It is nice, but I cannot stick it on my fridge like the PD case nor can I use my PD phone mount with it.
@@luke9822 Not sure what source you are expecting. I tried it in Honda CRV and it went on a loop of connect and disconnect every few seconds. Checked their reddit to realize the same issue is observed in pixel 1 & 2 stands and tesla by other users.
@@luke9822 I am returning my case and slim wallet. After a bit of reading, I believe this is the same issue with almost all cases. Though the phone may look similar, the coin arrangement underneath is different. Most manufacturers made the case for pixel 9 and marketing it as 9/9 pro. But it looks like they are not an exact match. Tried a caseology Nano pop and got the same issue.

How slippery are the cases? Are they easy to grip so they don't fall?

@@paulflogeras2309they have good bicycle and motorcycle mounts that lock in tight. If that doesn't matter to you they are probably over priced
Pixel 9 pro doesn't support wireless charging on many devices with this case. The case is amazing but useless if you use wireless charging in the car.
